Are you selling your dog or puppy online? If you are, what is the quality of your online advert? A high quality advert will attract interest from a great number of people. If you have a poor advert for your dog however, you will get relatively little interest. If your add is extremely bad, website administrators may even refuse to post your advert in the first place. Below are 4 tips to create a successful and professional advert to sell your dog.

1) Take A Professional Photo - A good quality photo of your dog adds interest to your advert and increases the chances that a potential customer will click on it. To improve the quality of your picture, you can use a sheet in the background to jazz up the photo of your dog. Taking the photo on the grass is also a nice touch. If you take the picture inside, be sure to use lighting so your picture looks professional and is easy to see.

2) Include A Detailed Description - An informative description of your dog helps your advert to only appeal to those interested which will help minimize time wasters. Be sure to include items in your advert such as your dogs breed, age, color and sex.

3) Don't Shout - Shouting online is when someone types all in capital letters (e.g. THIS DOG IS A MALE). Shouting can turn people off your advert, and may also cause your advert or account to be banned by administrators.

4) Add Your Email Address - People these days are a lot more willing to contact people through email. Be sure to include your email address in your dog's advert to increase interest and professionalism. If you are unsure about supplying your personal email address, consider creating a new address for the sale of the dog or use a work email address.

These tips will help you sell your dog in a quicker time and you will get a lot more interest, allowing you to sell it to the person you think is best.
