During your pregnancy, you may suffer a few discomforts. Most of these discomforts are normal and mainly caused by hormone changes. However consult your doctor for better assurance.

Cramps

It can be caused by calcium deficiency. You can try to massage the affected area to ease the pain. Alternatively you can walk around for a bit to improve your circulation. You can also ask your doctor to prescribe calcium supplements.

Hard to breath

The growing baby puts pressure on your diaphragm and prevents you from breathing freely. This usually happens in the later stage of your pregnancy. Hard to breath can also be caused by anemia.

Bleeding gums

Your gums become softer and more easily injured in pregnancy. They may become inflamed and allow plague to collect at the base of your teeth. This can lead to gum disease and tooth decay.

Constipation

This is caused by the progesterone, one of the pregnancy hormone, relaxes the muscles of your intestine, which slows down bowel movements. Eat a lot more high fiber food and drink plenty of water.

Stretch marks

This happens if you skin stretches beyond its normal elasticity. Try to put moisturizer on your skin to make it more elastic.

Frequent urination

This is caused by the womb pressing on your bladder. Bear with it since it's often relieved in your second trimester.

Morning sickness

Avoid any strong smells and spicy food. Eating saltine crackers may ease your nausea.

Rash

Usually happens in overweight women that perspire freely. Wash and dry the are often. Wear loose clothes.

Difficult to sleep

It may be cause of frequent urination, your baby keeps on kicking, or the size of the bulge makes it difficult to get comfortable in bed.

Leaking urine

It's usually caused by weak pelvic floor muscles, or your growing baby pressing on your bladder.
