3 Reasons Why Most People Fail Online

Unfortunately, most people that start an online business fail. There are many reasons for them not making it, but there are three in particular that I would like to discuss today. I wish that the statistic was not as big as it is, but unfortunately over 95% of online businesses that are started will fail. There are many factors and we will go over three today.

1 Lack of Experience Or Education

Most people coming online to start an Internet marketing business having no experience in running a business. They are common people from common backgrounds. Many are just high school graduates are even dropouts. Many have never attended college or never finished college.

Unfortunately, the lack of formal education and the lack of on the streets experience leads to failure. That is not to say that a college dropout with no business experience cannot succeed.

Actually, I am not only a college dropout but I am also a high school dropout, and I am successfully running an online business. Unfortunately, I am the exception to the rule.

2. Information Overload

When a new user comes online there is an overwhelming amount of information that can be consumed. Unfortunately, this is a bad thing. Many people get so overwhelmed with information that they begin to do nothing. All they do online is educate themselves. They think they need to learn the next big trick or the next big thing before they start building their business. The person feels they need to learn every aspect of the business in order to make any type of money.

Unfortunately, these people do not realize that the fastest way to making money online is actually doing, not learning.

3. Procrastination

Most people come online ready to rock. But fear and other factors creep in and they never get started. They end up doing very little or nothing online and wonder why they are not making any money. These type of people will surf the web, look at forums and read e-books, then justify it as working.

This is not working. So, when they put in a bunch of hours online and get no return they are disappointed. Unfortunately, they were just doing the wrong things or nothing at all. By nature I think we all procrastinate a little. It is the people that can get over the procrastination and start doing that win in this game.
