Free Google Ads ScamSubmitted by mdallen Thu, 24 Apr 2008
Free Google Ads Scam
Have you heard of an e-book called "Free Google Ads." It promises (on the website advertising it getgoogleadsfree.com) that he will show you exactly how to get free ads with Google ad words. It claims that he got $87 Million in free Google ads and made over $314 million from these same advertisements. He gives you the false impression that you will be able to get your Google ads and that you will not have to pay for them. Here is a quote from the website showing this: "Everyday Google sells several $10 million's in pay-per-clicks. But I get all mine absolutely FREE - and now I am going to show you how to get yours FREE also!" Is this claim hype, a scam or are there really free Google ads? Want to learn about Google Ads and Marketing Check out how my friend made 500k and will show you the same methods. http://tinyurl.com/5xgwnk Later he claims that in the last year he got $12 million in free ads from Google. He highlights the phrase never spending any money on the ads. He implies that using his system allows you to bid as high as you want and set a daily limit as high as you want, he shows $10,000. Someone could really lose a lot of their money if these free Google ads are a scam. He does have an elaborate system, nearly 200 pages of information. So is it truth or fiction? I saw a review on Yahoo that said yes and no, and that is the best answer. Does his system work? Yes. I believe he really made all the money he claims and the way he did it is described in this book. He can show an expert marketer how to get paid to advertise on Google, but with great risk. One could lose their shirt. It involves a complicated plan of selling ads and sending people (through the Google ads) to the site with the ads. Someone with capital to risk could make a profit. The no part is the real downside. Does he show how to get free ads through Google Adwords? No he doesn't and he admits that himself. There is no free lunch and you can not get paid ads for free, hence the name "paid ads." The website mentioned above is meant to be misleading. Like a magician you are looking at one thing, where you are meant to look and you can not see what the magician is really doing. Most marketers use Google Adwords as their Pay Per Click marketing strategy. The competition can be fierce and so he plays on the hunger for a marketer to win and tries to sell a product that caters to that desire. This is a great strategy but he does not deliver the free Google Ads that the website clearly claims. He also claims to be selling his secret for next to nothing. This next to nothing is $47 to $67 depending on the day. To some this seems to be a bit more than a little. So in all I would say that his claims are unfounded. Can you make money with this e-book? Maybe, if you are an expert at Google Adwords, and PPC (Pay Per Click) marketing. Is there undue risk? Absolutely! I suggest, as someone who wants you to succeed online, that you invest in something else or invest in advertising. Nothing is risk-proof, but this risk is unnecessary. Do not be taken advantage of by scams such as the free Google ads scam. Go forth and profit. About the Author
