In recent times MLM was said to be a bad business practice or a scam mainly due to malpractice in the industry, but honestly MLM is a great to start your own business and is making it’s way back up to regain it’s title as a good business model. There are many network marketing companies sprouting up everyday, trying to take advantage of this lucrative industry. Even “Fortune 500” companies such Gillette, Coca-Cola, and MCI just name a few are starting to use this industries business model to increase sales and productivity.

Why Should I join an MLM opportunity?

For starters there is no job security these days, people are getting laid off left and right, it is always safe to have a back up plan when things head that way. When I started my Network Marketing business a couple of years ago, I never thought that I would end up where I am today, like most people I was very skeptical. Once I started to tap into the all the resources and build my knowledge I became confident in what I was doing. But the MAIN reason I joined was because it gave me the chance to start creating my financial freedom.

What’s the Best Way to Get Started?

The most important thing you can do is your research, knowledge builds confidence, but be careful because too much research can hinder you ever starting. Find what product you would enjoy promoting (not selling) and see which companies provide those products. Next, you want to look at the compensation plan, how well do the pay (Very Important). The most important thing is that you want to seek out the best support that you can get in your network marketing business.

MLM in the 21st Century

As you can tell a lot of people are getting lazy these days and don’t want to do as much as they in the past, mainly because of the advances in technology. The same rule applies in business, many companies are migrating to technology to increase productivity. The internet and how things are bought and sold over this medium will truly make it easier for Network Marketers to succeed in their business.
