A Blazer and Chef’s Hat Wearing Red Bugv

Popular fast-food restaurants come in different shapes and sizes. What I’m trying to say is that different fast-food restaurants have their own unique themes on what they really are. Such themes include a clown, a red-haired girl with a pig-tail, a burger, and a big red bee wearing a blazer and sporting a chef’s hat. Now you all know this. Those themes came from some of the most popular fast-food restaurants in the world. And among of the biggest of them is the one with the bee wearing a blazer and a chef’s hat. This theme is popularly known as the Jollibee Food Corporation.

Jollibee Foods Corporation widely known as Jollibee is a fast-food restaurant chain based in the Philippines. As of December 2007, Jollibee Food Corporation has become one of the biggest fast-food chains in the world with 1,655 stores worldwide and total sales of more than US$1 billion. Currently the biggest fast-food chain in the country, Jollibee Food Corporation also has locations in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Dubai and Brunei. And this made that big red bug as the national fast-food restaurant of the Philippines.

But what else do we know about that big red bug before it started wearing a chef’s hat and a blazer? The category.aspx?scid=67&cid=14>Jollibee Food Corporation was founded by Tony Tan Caktiong and his family. Before they started selling on hamburgers and deep fried chickens, they were selling ice creams, a Magnolia ice cream parlor named Jolibe.

After sometime, they decided on getting the services of a management consultant in the person of Manuel C. Lumba. Lumba suggested that to shift their business of ice cream parlor to hamburgers after his studies showed that a much larger market was waiting to get tapped.

After that, Lumba next reformed the name Jolibe to Jolly Bee and made the two words form a single name Jollibee. The Jollibee mascot was conceptualized by Lumba inspired by local and foreign children's books. Then Lumba next created the product name "Yumburger" for their hamburgers as well as the name "Chickenjoy" for their fried chickens.

And on this year, the Jollibee Foods Corporation still retained its title as the biggest fast-food chain in the world holding not only its brand, but other brands such as Chowking, Greenwich Pizza, Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Délifrance and Mang Pepe. Including 23 stores overseas.

There are many ways of buying a Jollibee food product and have it delivered to you. But if you want a way to send some Jollibee food product for your families back in the Philippines, then Express Regalo can help you with that. For more information about the category.aspx?scid=67&cid=14>Jollibee Food Corporation and how Express Regalo can provide you the delivery service that you needed, then visit www.expressregalo.com.
