HyperVRE - Your Virtual Real Estate on Autopilot!

Much like real estate investors and developers in the real world who seek to maximize returns from their property investment, this can also be similarly done on the internet as well – a Virtual Real Estate. But before you get all confused or start guessing how on earth can you actually invest in “online properties”, we need to be clear of certain issues.

Firstly, I’m not talking about investing or selling your typical brick and mortar property. It’s not about going through some middle man or engaging a property consultant in your sales transaction. And the best part is this: you don’t need a piece of physical land to build your property upon.

Then what sort of virtual real estate are we suggesting?

If you’ve been online for quite a while and constantly look for topics of interest on the internet, chances are you’ll be shown a list of websites or articles which would be relevant to your defined search. Click on any of these websites or articles or even those sponsored advertisements and you’ll be taken to a website that perhaps suits your query. That website, can be considered a piece of “virtual real estate” especially if it can be monetized by the website owner through placed advertisements or even affiliate products which may be of interest to the site visitor.

To be more specific, we can say that a “virtual real estate” (or VRE) refers to content websites (in any niche imaginable) that once published online, can rake in tonnes of passive income on near complete autopilot, with hardly any form of website maintenance. That’s what I’d call a “set it and forget it” way of making money online!

And in order to ensure success to your VRE, you’ll definitely need the following money making components on your website: subscription to Google’s Adsense (or similar other search engines’ paid publishing program), the right mix of affiliate products, a lead capturing page, and most importantly, great content! (mess up on the last component and you can be assured your online traffic driving effort will go down the drain)

The above components must be included in any niche website you intend to create in order to effectively convert your website into a true, genuine, VRE. Having said that, apart from making sure you’re subscribed to a Adsense account and placing the given codes in the right location on your website, you’ll also need to conduct some research to make sure that you’ll bring in the right mix of affiliate products and have them placed on your website. You’ll need to look for affiliate products that should meet the following criteria: totally relevant products, offers the right costing to the site visitor (should he be interested in purchasing), and should preferably be one that gives you regular monthly commissions (common sense isn’t it?).

A lead capturing page should also be included so that you can maintain contain with a potential prospect and follow up via your autoresponder for future sales and to make sure that these visitors continue to visit your website in the future (and not just a one time visit). Following that, you’ll need to either: write your own website niche content, or pay someone else to write your content for you.

Get the above done, and you’ll have your own VRE setup after some time. And if it starts to bring in the money, what next? Continue and repeat the same process but in other profitable niches!

Sure, it will take some time to do all that (in fact, just one site alone should already keep you fully occupied). But what if you can get all this done at the push of a button, on autopilot, and at the same time, start generating multiple niche websites?

How many VREs would you want to generate then?
