2. Check Rbot.txt is Correct or Not: Be careful while uploading robot.txt on to your site. Robot.txt is there to control search engines crawling stats, so check that you have not insist bots not to crawl your site.
3. Server Returning Status: Check you server returns 200 OK status or not.

4. Upload Sitemap: Sitemap is the source from where bot gets all urls of the site. It is not guarantee that sitemap let you to index your new site.
5. Check Plug-ins: If your site has plug-ins that you have installed check it once whether they are properly installed and working or not.
