The constitutions have been proposed in the year 1787. The constitution of America is important factor in the Life of Every American. It plays a vital role in the Organizations in America. The framers of the Constitutions implemented the Constitution based upon important observations. They want the people to do the things whatever they like but it is too liberal is not acceptable. They have made the different powers for State and the federal. They separated the federal powers from the state. People's like James Madison, Gourverneur Morris, John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, And George Washington played a important role in designing the American Constitution. George Washington is the first president of America. George Washington played a crucial role in framing the National government and giving limited powers to the states. He believed that the state governments overpower in the nations would not bring the Integrity in the nation. He also added that the nation integrity will get affected if the state enjoys more power. He wanted more rights to the army than the powers given to the states. On March 4, 1789 the constitution was implemented and according to the wishes of the President, the constitution has given some powers to the President. George Washington actually wants more power than this. Some of the powers like declaring the war are not only meant to be taken only by the President. The President needs to arrange a voting on the issue and then the decision will be taken according to the voting results. George Washington and the Constitution, by Theodore J. Crackel, Editor, George Washington Papers, University of Virginia, Issue 13, Sep 2007) Alexander Hamilton is also believes in the thoughts of George Washington. He believed that there were holes in the constitution that favored the rights of the States. Hamilton was very clear that the normal citizens should not take part in the Governments Activities. The Government officials are the ones who can run the Nation having full powers. In 1787-88 he jointly produced many essays with John Jay and James Madison explaining the Constitution known as "The Federalist". They published 85 essays and Hamilton produced two-third of that. In the time of passing the Constitution many delegates are not interested in signing it. They thought that the Bill would restrict the rights of the States. Hamilton made a point in the essays that the Constitution was not against the States and defended the constitution through his writings like "General Power of Taxation", "Dangers from Dissensions Between the States", and "Defects of the Present Confederation" Hamilton and the U.S. Constitution). Gourverneur Morris was the one who believes that strong central government and powerful executives is necessary for the Free Country. He strongly opposes the Salve Domination and opposing any concession to Slave owners. This is the time where the Slaves are protesting against the Governments for freedom. He is also one of the people who distrust the democratic rule During the constitution passing, every state delegate needed to approve it. Gourverneur Morris was the member of delegates represented the State of Pennsylvania. He has spoke more in the Constitutional Convention to get clear the design of the Constitution. Morris has been part of preparing the final draft of the Constitution. He had written the Preamble and an Obligation of Contracts Clause. James Madison said "The finish given to the style and arrangement of the Constitution fairly belongs to the pen of Mr. Morris." It is great honor to the Morris that the Whole constitution was given to him to prepare a neat drat. He reduced the 23 articles to the Seven and written the preamble documents.
