1. Write articles and submit them to article directories. You then put a link to your site in the bio box. 10. Use yahoo answers. All you do is sign up at answers.yahoo.com and start answering questions people post. At the end of your answer you are allowed to include your website address. Yahoo answers is one of the most popular sites on the internet and can be a good source of traffic for those that answer questions on a regular basis.

First of all, most hybrid cars are very small. They might seem to be large from the outside but in reality most hybrids do not have much storage space or room to stretch out comfortably. This can be a serious inconvenience to the average family when it is time to make long road trips. Some families have even found it impossible to go shopping at the mall together. The English Patient – A great drama, historical fiction, and romance movie all in one. Ralph Fiennes stars in this drama which is set in post-WWII, yet reverts back and forth from current to past events in Fiennes’ life. This 1996 picture won nine Oscars and was nominated for countless other awards.

Pride and Prejudice – The best version of this, by far, is the 1995 TV mini-series where Colin Firth portrays the stern, yet receptive Mr. Darcy in this adaptation of the Jane Austen novel. While technically this is not a movie; it is available on DVD. The actual theatrical release staring Keira Knightley is a great alternative, although it is much shorter in length and does not have the same intense delivery that Firth commands.

Star Trek Generations – For Trekkies and Sci-Fi lovers alike, this is possibly one of the best movies around. Both Captain Kirk (William Shatner) and Captain Picard (Patrick Stewart) make an appearance in this 1994 picture, thus uniting the original and current Enterprise’s skippers for this one-time only event.

Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest – The first of a trilogy, Dead Man’s Chest introduces movie watchers to an authentic cast, location, and storyline which directly coincide with the Disney attraction. This 2003 release, by far, is the best of the three due to its essences of familiarity, engaging soundtrack, and all-star cast.

Love Actually – While this movie is not as well-known as others, Love Actually was nominated for two Golden Globes. Released in 2003, this holiday movie stars some of Britain’s best actors including: Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Liam Neeson, Colin Firth, and Keira Knightley. Mr. Bean fans will appreciate a comedic cameo from Rowan Atkinson, who portrays his character’s typical behavior while working as a jewelry salesman.

While there is a little mixture for everyone including sci-fi, comedy, romance and drama, all would definitely appeal to a wide audience, as the acting and plots in each are superb. Whether choosing to select one or all, be sure to check these out DVD titles for your next date night today!

Well, the idea that calorie counting is old, yes that is undoubtedly true. Compared to the fad diets, which only really started in the last 20 to 30 years, the 60 year old idea of calorie counting seems positively ancient!

Relevance wise though, calorie counting is alive and well, very much so, and in fact is not only holding its own against the fad diets, but is starting to gain popularity over them. A lot of the people who have quiet, long term, healthy weight loss, are on programs which combine calorie counting and basic nutrition.

That works as well today as it ever did, and it's something often missing in the latest best sellers, which go in and out of favour.

Another reason for the enduring success of calorie counting, is that it doesn't lean on starvation or deprivation. You can eat anything you want - including the kind of treats you'd think a diet would reject. Of course it's all to do with moderation, and a calorie counting plan just means that if you have a burger or cream cake, the calories it contains have to be taken into effect.

Plus, if you become aware of the calories you consume, you also become aware of the calories you burn, and the more you become aware of the number of calories you burn with a half hour walk, the less you are inclined to eat a cake which contains an hour walk's worth of calories!

This means your mind set changes.

So unlike many modern diet plans where you have to suffer for a week or ten days, and then go back to what you ate before (which of course has no long term benefit whatsoever), the heightened awareness means you just don't want the bad foods any more, or at least you choose the healthiest version of them.

So, calorie counting - old? Yes indeed.

It's pretty much agreed football is the most popular sport in the world. By 'football' I mean the game played with the feet, not American Football.

Football is played all over the world, it's watched all over the world. The fact that anyone anywhere can put down two coats for goal posts and start kicking anything for a ball makes it a truly global game.

Most people agree with this, but there are plenty that don't! For some reason basketball, volleyball and handball all seem to want to put in a claim. Personally I find that surprising, they are the types of game that are more popular in some countries, and hardly in existence in others.

Of course it doesn't take long for people to argue over the definition of 'most popular'. Does that mean most watched, most played, most international federations?

Personally I think the sport with the most participation should get the nod, and this is where table tennis can stake a claim. Invented by the English, as were so many sports, this soon swept around the globe, and that fact that it's phenomenally successful in China whacks up the participation numbers.

I've only ever seen it listed at number 2 or 3 on the list of popular sports, but it's certainly still growing - again due to the relative ease and lack of expense to be able to play.

So why not American Football?

Well, although hugely popular in the USA, outside that country the participation is thin on the ground in a global sense. A lot of people get put off when the Superbowl winners are declared World Champions, in what is no more than a domestic tournament, and this kind of arrogance is a real turn off for international sports fans.

So, it's an interesting debate, which will no doubt continue as long as people love sport - forever then!

It doesn't actually matter in the big scheme of things, but football does have a fairly solid claim to the top spot, and next time you play a game of ping pong, don't forget to ask your opponent what they think!

It is important before starting on your compost pile to know what to put in it. Good compost must have carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and water. Grass clippings provide the the carbon. To get nitrogen use fall leaves. To ensure there is water place the pile somewhere you know it will get rained on. For adequate oxygen you simply need to mix the pile. If you want a rich amount of nitrogen and carbon you can add some fertilizer to your pile.

There are two main kinds of compost piles. The first one is called a cool pile. To create a cool pile you just need to add leaves and clippings and stir occasionally. A cool pile is the easiest one to make but takes a year. You need to take care not to put weeds in a cool pile.

The other kind is a hot pile and is faster to make but takes more yard waste and work. You need to mix a hot pile much more often. I recommend mixing every two days. You don't need to worry as much about mixing in weeds in a hot pile because the heat will kill them. The downside of hot piles is they can also kill bacteria that are beneficial to your garden.
