Just as CCNA for network associates, ITIL certification programs confer ITIL Associate, Practitioner, and Service Management certificates to candidates who pass the concerned exams. Similarly, ITIL Masters/Managers level exam certifies one as capable of managing ITIL based solutions in a breadth of service management subjects. It is aimed at IT managers, project leaders and members, management advisors in all capacity, and service managers.

In order to appear for the ITIL Masters/Managers level certification exam, one need to have at least two years of work experience, at least two years of managerial experience in IT service delivery, and proven work experience in project oriented work or shared project management or both. Similarly, on the knowledge front, a candidate must have passed the ITIL Foundation exam before attempting the Masters/Managers level exam. In other words, one can’t appear for the ITIL Masters/Managers level certification exam without passing the ITIL Foundation course and the ITIL Practitioner exam.

Also, EXIN mandates an in-course assessment of the candidates by its accredited training centers before they are allowed to appear for the ITIL Service Management exam. First of all, this phone comes with a great 5 megapixel camera. The camera that is on this phone is better than some of the cameras that you can buy from stores. In fact, the front of it looks like it simply is a camera and not a phone. This thing has auto focus on it, as well as image stabilization. These are features that a lot of the top of the line cameras do not even have. Not only that, but the camera even has a strobe flask and a focus assist beam. For those of you that know what this kind of stuff is, you have to note that it's a pretty grand camera for a phone. Of course, unlike most phones, the LG KU990 does not just come with one camera. In fact, this one has a second video camera that is used for video calls! Now you can hold video meetings right from your phone. Not only that, but you are going to be viewing these calls on a 3 inch 262k color TFT touchscreen. This thing has a 240 x 400 pixel resolution that will put most TVs to shame.

Of course, the good news does not stop there, not by a long shot. The LG KU990 also has great VGA video recording that records at 30 fps. It's also got QVGA video recording that records at 120 fps. Whatever you record, you can watch it on your TV, because it has TV out support. Last, but not least, you are also going to have DivX video playback on this phone. This phone is like a tech wonderland that is just waiting for you to come up with great things for you to do with it.

This is where the good news ends, however. There is no hot swap memory card capability. This may not be a problem for some, but for others, this can get old really fast. The file management for this amazing phone is super slow. Once your memory card starts to fill up, it is going to take a long time to do any kind of file management with the phone. As far as the set up of the design of the phone itself, it's pretty easy to control. However, there is a zooming jog wheel that gets in the way of the lens from time to time.

Although this phone is great, it did not cause the same stir as some of the other phones that are just the same as it. This includes phones by Sony and, of course, Samsung. Either way, this is a super fast phone that you are sure to fall in love with. If you have been looking for the perfect phone to use, this could be the one that is right for you.

CCNA or Cisco Certified Network Associate is a certification by CISCO that equips a person to handle installing, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting medium-sized routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. As of November 2007, Cisco Certified Network Associate is not a standalone certification, but four CCNA concentrations (Networking, Voice, Wireless, and Security).
