The fifth generation iPod is an amazing device, that has revolutionized the way of entertainment. It can play Music, Movies, TV Shows and Games - a little powerful portable thing.

But You can't do anything without help of PC. The thing is, that all the Music, Movies, Photos and other Media must be downloaded to iPod through the USB port. You have to connect the iPod and PC with special USB Cable, that comes with device. Now comes next obstacle - the format of Media files. MP3-s can be downloaded to iPod directly without any special software. The problems start with Movies, because iPod only plays video files and videos that are in the MP4 format. This means that most of the media file types such as AVI, MPEG, MPG, MOV, etc. on your PC are not compatible with your iPod and consequently cannot be played on it.

So what you need here is a software program that can convert just about any video file format like MPG or AVI into an iPod compatible MP4 format. Getting such software is relatively easy, just go directly to the Apple website and get iTunes. After this software is installed, You can use it to convert other video formats to mp4. Once you’ve done it, you can start downloading them into your iPod.

But how to get the Movie files into Your PC?

There are 3 ways:

1. You copy Your DVD's to Your PC and convert them to suitable format. This process needs a powerful PC or You can wait hours, until this is done.
2. Buy and download Your Movies from iTunes. Faster, but not a cheap way.
3. Join special download sites like ipod-download-club.com, where all downloads are for Free. That means, You'll get unlimited access to Movies and must not pay for any download. Most such communities give access also to Music, Games and other media. You have to pay only once for life-time membership. That way You'll save lots of Money and Time.

--

Juri Hass writes articles such as "How To Download Movies To PSP".
Faster Indexing by Google

There is a simple way to get indexed by Google. How fast? We are not talking about Months or Weeks. We are talking about few Days.

Well, the process.

1. Go to Your Google Account. If You don't have one, make one. There You'll find Webmasters Tools. Click it and add Your url.

2. If Your Site or Blog has RSS feed, add it as a Sitemap.

3. It is good to authenticate Your Site, but this is for experienced webmasters.

Well, with Google webmasters tools we are done. Now You need to get some one-way links from sites, that are already indexed in Google, because they are crawled systematically by Google bots. Adding Your links to Directories will not help You with fast indexing, because it takes Weeks, even Months until Your link will be moderated. You have to find websites, where You can leave Your links without moderation.

Well, there are not many ways to do this. You have to use Free Advertising Blogs, where Your posts will be published right after You push the "Post Your Ad" button and Free Advertising Forums.

But ... It is not just that easy. If You just leave Your link there, it will not help much, because Your link has low value for Google. You have to add some content. Just Write a Review of Your site. And don't forget to use keywords, that are related to Your website. It is good to have most important keyword in the Title and in first paragraph. Try to write at least 200 words long review.

Another way is to post related Article and leave Your link in resource box or in the text.

Do it at least in 3-5 different Advertising Blogs and Forums.

--

Creator, Owner and Webmaster of 3stepAds.com

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

www.BurnTheFat.com
Anytime the topic of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest. It seems that many people are not only curious about what foods a natural bodybuilder eats to maintain single digit body fat, but they also want to be taken by the hand and told exactly what foods to eat themselves while on fat-burning or muscle building programs. That’s why I decided to put together four separate “top 10” lists of healthy foods that burn fat and build muscle.

Exact quantities and menus are not listed, just the individual foods, and of course my food intake does vary. I aim to get as many different varieties of fruits and vegetables as possible over the course of every week and there are a lot of substitutions made, so you are not seeing the full list of everything I eat, only what foods I eat most of the time.

I also want to point out that while I don’t believe that extreme low carbs are necessary or most effective when you look at the long term, research has shown that there are some definite advantages to a low to moderate carb and higher protein diet for fat loss purposes. These include reduced appetite, higher thermic effect of food and “automatic” calorie control.

Personally, I reduce my carb intake moderately and temporarily prior to bodybuilding competitions. Specifically, it’s the foods that are on the starchy carbs and grains list that go down during the brief pre-competition period when I’m working on that really “ripped” look. I keep the green and fibrous veggie intake very high however, along with large amounts of lean protein, small amounts of fruit, and adequate amounts of essential fats.

This list reflects my personal preferences, so this is not a prescription to all readers to eat as I do. It’s very important for compliance to choose foods you enjoy and to have the option for a wide variety of choices. In the past several years, nutrition and obesity research - in studying ALL types of diets - has continued to conclude that almost any hypocaloric diet that is not completely “moronic” can work, at least in the short term.

It’s not so much about the high carb - low carb argument or any other debate as much as it is about calorie control and compliance. The trouble is, restricted diets and staying in a calorie deficit is difficult, so most people can’t stick with any program and they fall off the wagon, whichever wagon that may be.

I believe that a lot of our attention needs to shift away from pointless debates (for example, low carb vs. high carb is getting really old… so like… get over it everyone, its a calorie deficit that makes you lose weight, not the amount of carbs).

Instead, our focus should shift towards these questions:

* How can we build an eating program that we can enjoy while still getting us leaner and healthier?

* How can we build an eating program that helps us control calories?

* How can we build an eating program that improves compliance?

Here’s one good answer: Eat a wide variety of high nutrient density, low calorie density foods that you enjoy which still fit within healthy, fat-burning, muscle-building guidelines!

Here are the lists of foods I choose to achieve these three outcomes. This eating plan is not difficult to stick with at all, by the way. I enjoy eating like this and it feels almost weird not to eat like this after doing it for so long.

Remember, habits work in both directions, and as motivational speaker Jim Rohn has said, “Bad habits are easy to form and hard to live with and good habits are hard to form but easy to live with.”

These are listed in the order I frequently consume them. So for example, if oatmeal is on the top of the list, it means that is the food I am most likely to eat every single day.

My 10 top natural starchy carb and whole grains

1. Oatmeal (old fashioned)
2. Yams
3. Brown rice (a favorite is basmati, a long grain aromatic rice)
4. Sweet potatoes (almost same as yams)
5. Multi grain hot cereal (mix or barley, oats, rye. titricale and a few others)
6. White potatoes
7. 100 whole wheat pasta
9. Beans (great for healthy chili recipes)
10. Cream of rice hot cereal

My Top 10 top vegetables

1. Broccoli
2. Asparagus
3. Spinach
4. Salad greens
5. Tomatoes
6. Peppers (green, red or yellow)
7. Onions
8. Mushrooms
9. Cucumbers
10. Zucchini

My top 10 lean proteins

1. Egg whites (whole eggs in limited quantities)
2. Whey or Casein protein (protein powder supplements)
3. Chicken Breast
4. Salmon (wild Alaskan)
5. Turkey Breast
6. Top round steak (grass fed beef)
7. Flank Steak (grass fed beef)
8. Lean Ground Turkey
9. Bison/Buffalo
10. Trout

My top 10 fruits

1. Grapefruit
2. Apples
3. Blueberries
4. Canteloupe
5. Oranges
6. Bananas
7. Peaches
8. Grapes
9. Strawberries
10. Pineapple

Note: I DO include healthy fats as well, such as walnuts, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, flaxseeds, flaxseed oil (supplement - not to cook with), avocado and a few others.

Also, I do eat dairy products and have nothing against them, nor am I lactose intolerant. I simply don’t eat as much dairy as the rest of the stuff on my lists. When I eat dairy, its usually skim milk, low or non fat cottage cheese, low or non fat yogurt and low or non fat cheese (great for omelettes).

Last but not least, I usually follow a compliance rate of about 95%, which means I take two or three meals per week of whatever I want (stuff that is NOT on these lists - like pizza, sushi, big fatty restaurant steaks, etc)

I hope you found this helpful and interesting. Keep in mind, this is MY food list, and although you probably couldn’t go wrong to emulate it, you need to choose natural foods you enjoy in order to develop habits you can stick with long term. In the fruits and vegetables categories alone, there are hundreds of other choices out there, so enjoy them all!

--

Tom Venuto is a natural bodybuilder, certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a certified personal trainer (CPT).
Internet is big Community, that knows no borders. It gives every Internet Marketer huge Market of Customers from all the World. Right now, People are uniting to different Social Networks, and Business follows them. Those Social Networks have some specifications and if You wanna market Your Business there, You have to think about it. Yes, the Time Zones are affecting Your Marketing efforts. Why? It's simple. People still live in different parts of the World. The Biggest On-Line Market is in USA, and Canada follows. The Market in Europe, Russia, India and China is also growing fast. So if You are Working at Home and wanna Earn, You must think about Most Profitable Market and target Your Ads to this Market You did chose. Many of You are not in the same Geographical Time Zone.

I'm in Estonia, and I am targeting the US and Canadian Market. There I'm geting Problems. When we here have 10 AM, then the Time in New York is 3 AM. Most of my potential Readers and Customers are sleeping. When I post my Ads or Articles at this Time in Forums, Social Networks, Social Groups and Blogs, they will most likely not reach the Target. Why? Think about, how You are using the Social Networks. After Users log in, most of them are reading the latest Headlines. I do the same and People I know, do the same. Most People do not have Time to read the older posts. If You publish Your Ad or Article when the count of Your target Audience is at highest levels, more People will notice Your Headlines. It means, there is bigger chance, that they will be read and bookmarked and if they will, it means You will get more One-Way. More One-Way links bring You more search Engine Traffic.

Now about Time, when People are using Internet. People do sleep, work, spend time with Families. That is why Internet has own Rush Hours. It is good to know, when it is happening.

My Sites Statistics are telling me, that those Rush Hours (New York Time) are at 8 AM, from 12 AM until 1 PM, 4 PM (the highest Spike), 7 PM and at 11 PM. So doing the Analysis of this, people are using Internet mostly before they are going to Work, in Lunch Time, right after Work, and before they are going to Sleep. Here, in Estonia, the People have the same behaviors and I'm convinced, that it is the same everywhere.

I can honestly tell You, that I had more readers to my Blogs, Articles and Ads, when I posted them exactly at those Traffic Spikes. This is happening, because at this Time Social Networks, Blog Search Engines, Social (Bookmark) Search Engines (digg, StumbleUpon, del.icio.us and others) and Free Classified Sites have highest levels of Traffic.

So before You are posting Your Ads or Articles, think about which Country You are Targeting and of course about the Time Zones and Rush Hours. You can Find the Geographical Time Zones here at http://www.timeanddate.com/ .

To Your Success,
Juri Hass

--
by Juri Hass

Creator of 3stepAds - Free AdBlog

www.3stepads.com

You are welcome to Publish this Article for Your Readers.
