In the Science of Getting Rich, Wallace D. Wattles states:

“To think health when surrounded by the appearances of disease or to think riches when in the midst of the appearances of poverty requires power, but whoever acquires this power becomes a mastermind. That person can conquer fate and can have what he wants.”

Many people are now committing to learning spiritual concepts of wealth, success, and understanding the Universal Law of Abundance. So, why read such information and discipline yourself to learn more about obtaining wealth?

The answer is to develop a mastermind for creating wealth and abundance. Over quite a few millenniums, we have lost sight of the connection between wealth, success, science, and spirituality. Unfortunately, we have been taught that neither has anything to do with the other and this mindset is erroneous. To that effect, many people are now learning through careful research and intuition that abundance requires training and this training begins with developing a mastermind.

Fortunately, since the early to mid part of the 20th century until now, many avatars have stepped forward to teach the connection between wealth, success, science, and spirituality. Those who have been so committed have contributed to fields such as Metaphysics, New Thought, Holistic New thought, and Success Philosophy.

Over the years, these fields have often been reduced to Self-help, but those committed to creating abundance in their lives have discovered that the depths of these studies are far more spiritual, scientific, and universal than many principles taught in self-help. And the benefits are far more rewarding.

Many people who have received abundance training are now enjoying their manifesting powers. They are learning how to effectively create abundance and truly change their lives. This way of living has relieved stress in their lives while bringing much joy and excitement for every day living. And many attribute this wonderful change to their commitment to developing a mastermind.

So, how does one develop a mastermind? The answer once again is training. This requires that you focus on wealth and success until it has become a natural part of your consciousness. This requires that you learn and align your actions and thoughts with principles and laws associated with living abundantly, manifesting wealth and success, and obtaining your true desires.

In fact, as you grow in your training, you must become totally committed to creating your true desires and not focusing on things you do not desire. Often times, when such discipline is mentioned, many who are new to creating abundance rather than working hard for things have to ask: “With all the things one has to worry about in a given day, how can one focus simply on what he or she truly desires?”

And once more, the answer is training. The principles and disciplines associated with abundance training are a part of us naturally. In fact, our true nature is that of abundance. However, we have allowed our connections with this inherit part of ourselves to become dormant. But just like one who is a naturally a gifted singer, dancer, or writer, training and practice are still very important to reach higher heights and deeper depths.

The more you train to develop a mastermind, the better you become at manifesting your true desires. And the beauty of it is you will find you won’t have to work so hard to get what you want.

--
Carmellita M.
Well-being is one of the most confusing concepts in our society today. Many people do not understand what it is or how to achieve it. And most people honestly do not feel that their well-being can affect their ability to prosper or attract abundance in their lives.

Well-being is always first when we choose to live in abundance. Our level of wellness determines how much of our human potential we can use to accomplish goals and our life’s purpose. Although exercise and eating the best foods for the body are crucial to our health and our vitality, the mental aspects of our being is just as crucial.

The man or woman who thinks well also lives well and this is well-being. This thinking necessary to achieve well-being requires that we study and open ourselves to truth, meaning, and purpose. Through this study, we are able to understand the world and our lives in it in ways which go beyond what we can see with our eyes. And in this study we will find the science of well-being.

So, how is well-being and happiness related to abundance? Well-being is wondrous state of being. In fact, a better way to see it is that well-being is about “being happiness.” It is not something that we turn on and off depending on how our day goes. It is a continuous state of being. Nothing can affect it but our thoughts and expectations. This continuous state of vibrancy attracts wealth, success, optimal health, love, and empowering relationships—and this is abundance.

As a result of this state of well-being, we are in direct alignment with prosperity, hope, kindness, elation, joy, and vitality which are all the ingredients for abundance. That means we must think well and expect goodness in order to attract abundance.

On the other hand, the moment we become bogged down with the fetters of life and trying to control situations and people our state of well-being is interrupted. This interruption is the result of our thoughts, expectations, and eventually our actions.

How can we remain in a state of well-being and happiness? We can accomplish this by speaking joy into our lives and letting go of trying to control people and situations. Our intentions must always be for goodness and our expectations must be for goodness. When we are aligned with goodness, our vibration changes and we become a magnet for all things good.

As such, if this requires that you change your posture, then you should change your posture. If it requires that you change your ideas, then you should change your ideas. If it requires that you change your words, then you should change your words. Whatever it takes to align yourself with well-being, for the sake of prosperity, hope, vitality, and joy; just do it.

When it is all said and done those things that bring you to a state of well-being and happiness will be the very things that bring abundance into your life. Give up hurt, give up worry, give up control trying to control people, give up trying to control situations, and watch your state of well-being become one of joy and elation. This joy and elation is the stuff of which abundance is made.

--
Carmellita M.
One subject most Success Coaches, Abundance Trainers, Holistic Metaphysicians, and Ontology Philosophers hate to mention is the subject of giving. Many feel they are met with total opposition and sometimes resentfulness. Rather than deal with this opposing energy, many in this field of study choose to avoid the subject entirely.

However, there are those of us who intuitively and scientifically know that it is a subject matter that must be addressed in order for all of us in our human experience to truly live abundantly and successfully. To that end, we must know that there is a Universal Law of Giving and Receiving and this is an important component in our power to increase or our power to prosper.

As such, more should be taught on the subject of giving. With more being taught on this subject, fewer people would be taken advantage of through psychological manipulations and more people would be compelled to give.

There is an art and science to giving. As a science giving allows us to receive. And to him, much is given; much is required which makes giving a principle not a privilege. Furthermore, as a science, giving allows the flow of abundance. When we give, we activate divine flow, so therefore, our needs and true desires are met through our giving.

As an art, giving is an inspirational act. When we give with inspiration, we become the vessel for spreading good and therefore good will follow us. Giving as an art breaks the bondage of doubt and frustration in our lives because we have broken doubt and frustration in the life of another in our giving.

What should one give? People should give goodness at every turn. The agent of our goodness could be time, kind words, knowledge, service, or money. But the key is to give something everyday and we will receive after its own kind. For example, when we give time, we find that we have more time to complete tasks and projects in our own lives. When we give kind words, we find that kind words come back to us. When we give knowledge through information, we find that our knowledge also increases. When we give money and service, well, we get more money and service in return.

So, it is in the best interest of all of us who want to live more fruitful and abundant lives to give at every opportunity. See giving as an opportunity and be inspired. After all it is the Universal Law of Giving and Receiving that says in every doctrine or religion: “Give and you will receive.”

--
Carmellita M.
Greens get you clean and many Raw Food Vegans know the importance of getting your greens. However, many people including Raw Food Vegans hate green food and it is because we have not developed a taste for them.

Getting your greens are very important to your overall health. Studies support the well established, health-enhancing effects of green foods. These benefits include elimination of toxins (such as heavy metals), metabolizing of fats, regulating levels of good bacteria (such as Lactobacilli) and boosting immunity.

So, let’s take a look at some ways you can increase your intake of greens. Here we will also explore some great recipes for getting your greens:

1.	Green Smoothies:
Teaspoon of Wheatgrass powder or 1/4 cup of fresh wheatgrass juice
2 Frozen chopped peaches (freeze fresh chopped peaches)
¼ cup of blueberries
3 tablespoons of Grade A maple syrup
½ cup of orange juice (fresh squeezed)

Put all ingredients in a high quality blender and blend.

2.	Juicing Greens (great for energy)
With a juicer you can enjoy the following:
1 cups of juiced collard greens
2 golden apples
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery

Juice with a high quality juicer and serve.

3. Green Spirulina Shakes:

1/2 Frozen Banana
1 cup of Strawberries
1/2 Blackberries
1 Tablespoon of Spirulina
1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice

Put all ingredients in a high quality blender and blend.

4.	Green Nut Loaf:
2 cups of raw soaked walnuts (drained)
1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
1 clove of garlic
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
¼ cup of green onions
¼ cup of soaked Sun-dried tomatoes
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Cumin
Sea salt
1 tables spoon Nama shoya or Liquid Amino

(The Loaf) Blend in a food processor with S-blade nuts, spirulina powder, garlic, Nama shoya or liquid amino, half of a garlic glove, bell pepper, onion, cumin, and chili powder until all is combined.
(The Sauce) Soak sundried tomatoes until soft but kind of chewy. Blend in a food processor blender, 1 tablespoon of Nama Shoya or liquid amino with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sea Salt to taste.
(Making the loaf) Form the loaf to your desired shape (easy to form), put sauce on top of nut loaf. Place nut loaf in dehydrator and dehydrate overnight.

Now that’s a great way to get your greens. Remember, greens are high in chlorophyll and chlorophyll has a molecular structure similar to human blood. The life of your cells depends on you getting your greens. So if you have a family, one or more of the above recipes may be beneficial to you and the ones you love.

--
Carmellita M.
Abundance and Simplicity: Understanding the True Nature of Abundance

“The simplicity of nature is not that which may easily be read, but is inexhaustible.”
--Ralph Waldo Emerson

Online since 2004, in the course Abundance Training 101: The Universal Law of Abundance, it is identified that “simplicity is the birth of every masterpiece.” Ralph Waldo Emerson, the Father of Early Transcendentalism, fully understood the beauty of simplicity in nature and the universe.

Some think that abundance is the simplicity of nature and the universe, but this is one of those “almost-around-about” ways to explain a deeper meaning. The simplicity of nature and the universe is the seed of abundance, but abundance itself is the “inexhaustible” aspect of nature which has been identified by Emerson.

To explain this deeper meaning, take a look at a fruit orchard. Each fruit orchard begins with seeds germinate and these seeds become fruit trees. Each tree is only one seed that germinated and became a tree. One simple seed becomes many fruit with many seeds. The simplicity is the seed and the inexhaustible is the fruit orchard.

Yes, abundance begins with simplicity, but abundance is inexhaustible. This reality not only gives hope and inspiration to us, but it imparts the knowledge that lack and scarcity are an illusion created in the minds of those who do not understand abundance.

There is evidence of abundance all around us and one only has to choose the path of prosperity in order to experience it. We can live with an abundance of love and devotion, wealth and success, wellness and health, peace and order, and knowledge and wisdom. The choice is ours.

However, in order to let go of the illusion of scarcity and lack, one must let go of all illusions created by the ego. The ego creates these illusions when we reject our true desires and our true self which is our Inner Being.

How does this apply to simplicity? When we don’t understand that the universe and nature is inexhaustible, we live by the illusion of lack. This illusion causes us to hold on to the seed rather than plant the seed which produces the fruit orchard. As a result, the seed eventually dries up and dies and we have no materialization of abundance. In other words, simplicity never produces the masterpiece and abundance is never manifested.

Simplicity is the birthplace of abundance as the seed is the birthplace of ever fruit tree and every fruit orchard. Therefore, it is wise to let go of the illusion of lack and scarcity and see the abundance that is all around us while basking in the true pleasures of life.

--
Carmellita M.
“You must get out of your own way,” said one very wise woman. And as Wallace D. Wattles says in the The Science of Getting Rich:

“Talented people get rich, and blockheads get rich; intellectually brilliant people get rich, and very stupid people get rich; physically strong people get rich, and weak and sickly people get rich.”

If you are not living in the Divine Flow of Wealth and Success, who can you truly blame? There is no environment that can prevent your success; the only thing that can prevent your success is getting in your own way.

So how does one get in his or her own way? Our inability to concentrate on our true desires is what causes us to get in our own way. Many of us live by and with illusions about lack and scarcity which prevent us from attaining our true hearts desires. Instead, we hamper our own advances and put stumbling blocks in our own way because of fear and complacency.

The truth is fear will cause us to stop in our tracks. Because we live in a moving universe, we must move. If we refuse to move forward, then we have no other option than to move backwards.

Take a look at any advancement a person refuses to make in his or her life. If a person refuses to advance his or her career by leaving a dead-end job, then instead of moving forward, that person may be fired or forced into early retirement. When speaking with such individuals, they usually say: “I should have left sooner.” And with this regret is a long list of opportunities they allowed to pass them by.

Another example of refusing to advance could be a person who refuses to eat more healthful foods. Consequently, this individual’s health may start to deteriorate, physically and mentally. When stricken with a degenerative disease, the individual usually says: “I wish I’d starting eating healthier sooner.”

Often times in life, we want to blame our failures on lack of information or resources; however, in most cases our failures are related to complacency and fear—“getting in our own way.” If we can develop the courage and wisdom to embody knowledge when it is available to us and to advance in the face of fear, then we will have more successes than failures. And this is the stuff that makes successful people.

Successful people are not born. One is successful not because he or she has no failures; one is successful because he or she has more successes than failures. Moving forward and choosing to advance in every aspect of our lives is success. Does it mean that one would not be scared or afraid? Certainly not!

In fact courage is doing a thing in spite of one’s fear. If there is no fear, there is no courage. And in time, with more successes, there will be less to fear. With less to fear, one learns to live a fearless life. As such, a fearless life is the crown of every successful person.

--
Carmellita M.
Does Holistic Living discourage Material Riches?

The spiritual conflict faced by many who practice metaphysics and/or holistic living has always centered on whether or not one can be rich and spiritual at the same time. So, many people have asked: “Does spirituality discourage the experience of material riches?”

The answer to this takes us on much deeper levels. First, you can do more good with wealth and abundance than you can without it. However, the true beauty of life lies in living with balance. The balance is making sure that your spiritual development exceeds your material riches. Being rich is not a bad thing, but being rich without knowledge of our true self can be dangerous and destructive.

Furthermore, when living a holistic lifestyle with material riches, one should strongly consider that his or her trust does not lie in that which is material. Material riches are a provision of the universe to add joy to our lives. If one’s material riches are not adding joy to life, but stress, then this is not holistic living. If one’s material riches are hurting others and the planet on which we live, then this is not holistic living.

Holistic living does not discourage material riches, but holistic living requires that we evaluate what is rich or valuable. That which is rich and valuable to a holistic lifestyle adds substance, aesthetics, and beauty without harm. Moreover, that which is rich in a holistic lifestyle has purpose and intent.

For example, if one eats organic foods, organic foods are much more expensive than conventional foods. Organic food markets cater to more opulent lifestyles. Another example is aromatherapy products, to support a specific energy for your home. Authentic essential oils for aromatherapy are much more expensive than a can of house-spray. While these things are very much an example of material (physical) riches, they are still very much a part of the holistic lifestyle. They also have purpose and intent.

Over the years, there has been much opposition about material riches among those who live holistic lifestyles, yet the fact remains that material means “the matter of energy” or a physical manifestation. “Material” is simply the materialization of energy. Many things can be material. Food can be material. Money to take trips or expeditions is material. Solar panels are material. Bio-energy cars are material. And among all these things is the energy of opulence and affluence.

So for those who still argue the point that Holistic living discourages material riches, think again. It is not a contest. One is not more spiritual because he or she has less material riches. Even acres and acres of beautiful land are material. He or she who has many acres of beautiful land has material riches.

Image aside, holistic living is about living life with peace, joy, wellness, wisdom, empowering relationships, wealth, love, and yes, material riches. Holistic living is also about doing everything you can to spread goodness. Again, you can do far more good with material riches than without.

--
Carmellita M.
