If you go to most building areas you will see large storage containers situated around the site to provide safe storage for the site material (Tools, cement mixers, oak beams and any items of benfit stealing) and provide the workmen with an area to go for lunch breaks or when the heavens open. Most of these containers arrive on the rear of some large MAC lorry are either lifted off by crane or the MAC truck has its own lifting equipment.

The large MAC containers are really adaptable as not only are the containers secure they can give a large selection of services including, On Site Accommodation, secure storage, secure workshops, extra classrooms, COSHH storage facilities, Smoking shelters and Mobile homes.

When you go looking for them you can find these containers for sale from reputable firms they provide you a great deal of flexibility when you are considering new builds or more to the point self builds. My plan is to buy a MAC container that has been made exactly for my requirements shower and toilet, kitchen, bedroom and storage area with heating, lighting, power supply, external lighting and steel shuttered security windows.

This will enable me to have on site accommodation when I begin my new build, that can be lifted in for the time of the construction and that I can then sell when it finishes. The thing about Container buildings is that they do the job, that is why they are used so often.

Strong assertion but if you have ever worked in the building industry you will know that if something isn’t working it wont get used. Every building site often has one or more MAC container on it due to their reliability, safety and ease of use.

--
Oak beams and any other valuable item can be stored in your MAC Containers for sale.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Having just bought a memorable phone number that allows people to find my business. What I hadn’t realised or at that time know was all of the call management systems that you could choose from a provider. I thought it would be worth providing some clarity on the massive minefield that is Call management.

So to start with what is call management?
Systems that you set in place to deal with calls that arrive into your organisation and works with them in a way set out by you is what call management means. The variety of ways your phone calls can be dealt with are huge but here is a variety of market standard systems.

Web management – what this lets you do is log into a computer anywhere on the planet and read, change, listen to and redirect the phone calls that are coming into your organisation. Brilliant if you move around a lot and need to be kept up to date with the most recent happenings in your organisation.

A Time/Date plan – allows you to arrange how your system handles calls at certain times of the day. For example directing calls to the workplace from 9am to 5 pm, your mobile phone from 5pm to 7pm and then voicemail from 7pm till 9am the following morning. You can arrange this for whatever time you need and can be a customer saver if used correctly.

Call divert – The majority of memorable numbers 0800, 03, 0845 etc will let you direct incoming phone calls to that number or any other number which makes sure you never have to miss a phone call whatever the circumstances. Can be very useful particularly as part of a business continuity plan all of your equipment may have gone into temporary storage but you can still receive your calls and direct it to new site accommodation until you have the disaster sorted out.

Voicemail to email – makes sure that if it is of real necessity you get calls that arrive into the organisation that you can go into any internet café any where in the world and listen to your phone calls. Don’t forget though that if you are abroad and have just looked at your mail that ringing a client up direct may cost you quite a bit.

Welcome message – A welcome greeting is just what it says on the jar letting the person ringing know they have got in touch with the right number and getting across your professionalism. First impressions are important in business.

Call Queue – “I’m sorry the member of the team you have called Is busy you are number 20 in the queue”, not the message you want to hear but allows you to make a decision that the person you are ringing is unable to speak to you straight away and that you can either hold the line or leave a voicemail. This kind of management can help filter important and less important calls and also gives you access to a captive audience when it comes to marketing.

Caller options – The sort of phone system that is automated but puts the caller in the driving seat, “press 1 for accounts, 2 for juggling department” etc. Each option can be broken down into other options allowing the customer to get through to exactly who they need.

Hunt group – A hunt group is really useful as it lets you direct calls to different people that could deal with the types of questions that would be arriving in on that line. Very useful if you have a big team and need specific individuals to answer calls, will route to number 1, then number 2, then mobile 3, then voicemail. Helps ensure that clients don’t get pushed to the wrong individuals and get passed around from pillar to post.

Geographic call routing – This is a useful little system for individuals that work within a network of offices or franchises across the country as It will redirect to the office nearest to the client that is dialing.

As with any systems make sure you have a clear idea what you need to get out of your call management, in that way you don’t spend more than you need to. Most organisations are pleased to talk through your needs and provide what you want if possible. Sit down and put down what your organisation will need before you spend out, call management is brilliant if used correctly get as much advise as you can, hopefully this has been of benefit.

--
Call Management lets you look after your clients phone calls.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Having recently completed a web design course in Salisbury. I was trying to get on to the bottom rung of the ladder and get some quality training in the workplace. Initially I was met with a great deal of struggle to the fact that my web design skills where all college associated and I didn’t have any real practice in the trade. Luckily for me when speaking to a business just beyond Salisbury for web design work they offered me something different that allowed me to get my foot in the door .

The business not only did web design but provided a search engine optimisation service ( SEO ) to its customers which had a job space free. Initially I hadn’t even looked at doing work that wasn’t web design. Due to its nearness to Salisbury I gave online marketing a chance. Probably one of the best choices that I have come to and would suggest it to people trying to get into a pretty specific field.

If there is a role within a business you are applying for that isn’t just what you were after but that has to dip into aspects of your training it is a good way of stepping into the business environment. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for jobs Bournemouth, Dorset, London or New York after you have gained experience in the field you are in, either job possibilities will present themselves within the company or you will have more chances when looking for a new employer. I have found that most jobs have a way of being broader than that written in the job details, so you are very likely to get more skills and responsibility than you might think.

--
Web design and Search engine optimisation are extremely beneficial for any business.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Simply put I want to do this article about search engine optimisation, S.E.O. or Online marketing. I ran my own business for three years without any idea of what it did and how it could help my work. That’s one of the issues when running your own business, lots of things to do and never enough time to do it all and have a life.

The way I saw it was the website that I had designed was, the website would be found by people and I could place it on my stationery to show people to the website and that would be enough. How far off I was, I even got some pay per click via Google that I sort of set up but didn’t really understand what was the correct thing to do.

What I have since come to learn is that I was missing out on one of the most significant marketing methods my business could ever require. By changing the text, Meta tags on my website I could make it more relevant to the search engines and in that way allow the search engines to allocate my website in the correct way.

This in turn made it simpler for people searching for the thing I was selling to discover me with fairly generic phrases for the topic. What I then needed to do was work on the off site stuff to ensure that people that had sites that were interested in what I do linked back to me in a relevant way that once again enforced my relevance to the search engines.

By doing this in the right way the increase in traffic was large once I used a business to correct my website and put in place a proper off site campaign my contacts through the site went through the roof, discover as much as you can about search engine optimisation before hiring a business and when you do make sure you watch your statistics to show that you are getting a good return on your investment.

--
Web Design and Search Engine Optimisation are extremely important for any website.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Buying charity christmas cards needs to be for charity not gain.

The preparations for Christmas appears to become earlier and earlier each year. A charity Christmas card retailer opening its doors, is straight away seeing the consumers streaming through their doors and its just the beginning of October. I am one of the first to complain when I find Christmas marketing for this and that mega store on the TV, seeming sooner and sooner each year. I believe however that in the case of Charity Christmas Cards people believe that a large portion of the money from the card sales goes to charity, but on a more real level view it as a chance of getting in touch with relations and friends.

What annoys me is when larger businesses view it as a chance of taking a bit off the top so the money the charities get is less and less. I understand the fact that some Christmas cards are made to earn cash, which I don’t have a problem with, but those alleging to be charity cards should be clear about how much of the price, you are spending for the cards, is being provided to the charity. And anything lower than 50% is just using the term charity Christmas cards as a marketing term rather than a statement of purpose. The retailer in Norfolk I mentioned ensures that 79p in every 100p is given to charity, which I feel is the direction this sort of thing should go so well done guys.

I think with charity Christmas cards people buy early so that they are prepared for what can be a really busy time of year. It also lets people to formulate what they are going to say to people that they might not have that much contact with.

--
I work in search engine optimisation and need to write articles for my clients.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Because of the quantity of equipment that is squashed into present day server areas its not surprising that there are problems with heat. Most servers have a rackmount set up each individual part placed in a column passing some of its residual heat onto the device above. Most of these rooms pocess their own air conditioning to reduce the overal room temperature within required levels. Server room air conditioning allows the volume of area used by the server to be hugely reduced. In a lot of the situations the requirement for space in offices will hugely surpas the expense of installing appropriate server room air conditioning.

I am certain I’m not the only individual that has been gradually waking up in the morning, cooking toast and thinking of the day to come when from out of nowhere there is a horrible ringing noise erupting from the hall as your breakfast goes up in flames and the house reeks of your blackened breakfast. The answer is simple and easy to maintain and as long as you have worked it into the kitchen layout wont be to hard to resolve, the extractor fan. They come in all styles and sizes and are not the old hoovers that used to be available (you know the type that drowned out the radio whenever you opened it).

Air conditioning is being used increasingly these days in everyday situations. A lot of the high street shops pocess air conditioning in them to make the purchasing space more inviting to there prospective customers. If you get into your favourite car you are more than likely able to turn on the air conditioning unit on a scorching sunny day. Office buildings normally pocess some sort of air conditioning installation within it, even if this is just air conditioning for the server room. It is interesting that after the smoking ban came in, the air quality has reduced on most flights because the air doesn’t have to be so intensly scrubbed by the air conditioning.

--
Make sure you get your air conditioning checked by a professional PAT Testing Salisbury company to ensure your equipment is safe.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Whether you are planning for a fitted kitchen or a more sleepy traditional kitchen design ensure that you take into consideration how many sockets are required, and if the room is going to have enough lighting. This sounds fairly basic but you will be shocked at how many amateurs who begin the arduous job of fitting their kitchen, only to find that a little way along the task they don’t have enough sockets for their devices or forget to allow for the collection of spotlights above the sink. make sure that you plan the workspace layout in rough on a notepad and take into account all of the electrical equipment and lighting before you start work (you could always run it past an electrical contractor).

To ensure that you get the most from your lighting be it lights for inside or lights for outside you need to look into the type of luminescent effect you need. An external light could be a piercing tungsten light that brightens if it senses movement or a low wattage light that allows the option of either being turned on and off or turns itself on from nightfall till sunrise and offers good visibility with less environmental pollution. Internally the selection of flourescents, spot and standard bulb are large, it is worth consulting your area electrical contractor to ensure that your present wiring can deal with more intense loading.

After working in a workshop I find it all to convenient to keep placing parts of machinery here, more heating there and ignoring the loading of the power supply. Unfortunately what can happen in extreme situations is that the wiring can begin to heat up and potentially cause a fire or electrical issue. The alternative thing to watch in a workshop is that any wiring that is exposed is not in the path of any objects that might topple onto it. If you email a local electrician they will be more than happy to survey the cabling and tell you if the site needs rewiring.

--
If you have a House for sale by owner it may well be worth using a qualifiedPAT Testing company to make your property electricaly safe.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

If you are writing a CV it is important that you produce a page that is clear and shows you in the best light to your potential employer. As with most things your interviewer wont wade through pages of irrelavent about you. They want to understand what makes you the best applicant for the job and you want to be in a position to provide them that in a concise CV of one or two sides.

Before creating a CV consider.

Before you even start writing your perfect CV there are one or two things that you should consider.

·	keep it brief, you want to provide only sufficient info, so that the potential employer wants to find out more about you.
·	Look into the job, so that you are aware of the minimum qualification needs, and know that you can live on the starting pay of the job. Use the internet as a resource to find out information, or if you are in contact with people within the sort of work you are interested in, find out what they have to do everyday and what they feel is the most important credential for the role.
·	Check to see if the business you are going to work for has a web site, look at the material given on it, so that you can get a more in depth feel for how the business wants to be percieved. This will help you customise your CV to include the businesses ethos and show that you have put in some effort, before going along to the interview.

--
For Jobs Bournemouth and Jobs Dorset contact smart group

Source: http://www.articletrader.com
