In modern economy, aimed at the purchase and consume of goods, an important role is the one of packaging, both in attracting customers and in the safety of goods put in the market.

But if today one of the most interesting and necessary challenges is the one for a sustainable economy, the packaging sector does not want to be left behind. So the challenge to find out and use of new, recyclable, sustainable and also less cumbersome materials has started. As we can hear very often, the recovery from the crisis has to pass through innovation, so it is necessary to keep experimenting and innovating, not only on products but also on productive processes. So not only a research of reusable materials, but also of machines that waste less energy and that are much more effective, as specialized machines always faster and more practical.

As it is easy to understand, one of the most used materials is paper or cardboard that strictly has to be recycled and recyclable. "In our country" has affirmed Carlo Montalbetti, General Director of Comieco, "also the recycling of cellulose, with which the 80% of all paper and cardboard packages are produced, represents an excellence.
In 2008 more than 70% of the beyond 4,6 million of tons of cardboard packages put in the market has been recycled, in sum we have avoided 144 garbage dumps in 10 years, and in the end thanks to the recycling of paper and cardboard, we have saved noxious emissions in the atmosphere equal to the block of traffic for 6 days and 6 nights."

According to the range of confections, different forming pipes have to be used, these pipes now exist in various shapes and alloys, from the round ones to the ones in a spoke shape, to be used on various materials and to create various packaging shapes.

Comieco is already working on a research that will testify (also thanks to the direct contribute of firms using paper and cardboard packages and thanks to the various paper sector firms associated) how we are moving from the academic concept of packaging eco-design to the much more modern and concrete concept of sustainable packaging tout-court, a good with low environmental impact able to make the product life longer and improving the consumer's fruition.

The packaging is now has now an important role in today's society, for some it is even a form of art, and moreover there are several studies on shapes, colors and patterns. Packaging is a competitive factor, very important and crucial to many sectors of manufacturing. Sectors such as food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals owe a lot to the packaging industry, for the quality of solutions and of packaging materials and for the speed to respond promptly with new packages to market needs, these are strong strategic competitive levers.

--
By Martina Meneghetti with support from packaging machines for any information, please visit forming collars

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Bread is the food par excellence, the more widespread both in the world and in the common imaginary. If we think about food in general, the first one that comes in our mind is almost surely bread.

Bread is a very simple aliment, made just of water, yeast, flour and salt. Although who tried to make bread at home, immediately has noticed that it is not easy at all to get good results.
To make good bread, you need time and a lot of experience. Also for this reason, finding good bread, especially in some areas of Italy, is becoming harder. Bread is a kind of food that wastes away very quickly, generally it becomes too hard and so it is very hard to chew, or in the contrary because it becomes too gummy. To avoid these unpleasant surprises, it is always better to trust some food consortium, where you could certainly find good quality products.

One of the most sensible problems in this period is the one of food safety, regarding bread, the fresh one has no problems, because cooking temperature is so high that all pathogens are killed.
The real danger comes from the creation of some kind of moulds, very probably if bread is not kept correctly. The cold-storage, preferably in a paper bag (transpiring), ensures the preservation of quality bread for some days (up to a week) avoiding the formation of moulds.
If on the contrary bread is kept at room-temperature, you need to pay attention because an excessive humidity can make grow moulds even just after 2 or 3 days and also the organoleptic characteristics will expire much more quickly.

The production of bread is a complex process; the result directly depends on the bread-maker's experience. Today very few people have the time to buy fresh bread every day or so, moreover it is always harder to find some quality bread. This push a lot of people to buy wrapped sliced bread that, besides being of poor quality, it also has the defect of not satisfying and this leads to consume more than necessary.
There are three possible solutions:

1) Buying only in quality bakeries and keeping it in the fridge. The thawed bread remains good; alternatively you can keep it in the fridge and heat it in the toaster when you have to eat it. It is better to choose "common" bread, without fat added.

2) Self-production with bakery machines. There are in the market various types of machines that can produce a good quality bread, which lasts up to one week if stored in the refrigerator, without difficulty and without loss of time. The biggest advantage is the choice of the ingredients: it is possible to produce bread of all kinds, customizing it on the tastes and nutritional needs of the moment. During a diet, for example, it is possible to produce low calorie bread.

3) Home self-production. The fans can try their hand in baking: from the beginning you can get good results, you just need to have the right recipes. After some practice, you can achieve very good results, certainly better than those of many bakeries. The degree of customization, of course, is total, after an appropriate phase of "training". It is very useful for this purpose to have a bread machine, which enables you to familiarize with the product and with the processing stages, before venturing into your own production.

--
By Martina Meneghetti with support from associazione industriale for any information, please visit attrezzature pizzeria

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

With the advent of the industrial revolution, working methods radically changed. From the early years of the twentieth century, with the use of the assembly line, modern society has changed completely, for good or evil.

But in recent decades, these concepts have undergone a major renovation, the old production methods are no longer cheap, so new concepts and new methods have been created. Now the new methods are called Just in Time, Toyotism (or Toyota Production System), industrial automation, lean manufacturing and flexible manufacturing system (FMS). These seem only names, but in fact have completely revolutionized the production processes in factories and farms. The assembly line was based on the division of labor of the workers and the use of the conveyor belt. The benefits that the industry took from it, in terms of reduction of production time and cost savings were likely to push most of the industrial companies to employ this method, which takes its name from its creator, Henry Ford .

The just in time method is an industrial philosophy that has reversed the "old method" of producing finished goods for the warehouse waiting to be sold (system-called "push") in the "pull" system for which only what has been sold or that we expect to sell quickly should be produced. In this way, it is above all a policy of stock management, which aims to alleviate at most the stocks of raw materials and semi-finished goods needed for production. In this way, any type of industrial processing, such as editing, assembly, wave soldering, fusion, are not carried out continuously, and as much as possible, but only when there is need and in the necessary amount.

Toyotism, is a method of organizing production that aims to produce more with less, thus using less resources and raw materials and with minimum wastage. The term lean production identifies a philosophy inspired by the industrial Toyota Production System, which aims to minimize waste to annul them.
Lean principles are for example: the elimination of waste, specify precisely the value from the perspective of the customer; clearly identify the process that delivered value to the customer and eliminate steps that do not add value; produce the remaining steps that add value in a flow without interruption by organizing the interfaces between different phases; let the customer to pull the process - not to produce anything until there is a need, then deliver that quickly; to pursue perfection through continuous improvement.

The automation of factories has also allowed to function without the help of man, in an automatic machine tools through a computerized control and industrial robots for machining and handling of parts. This process was then added to the flexible automation (FMS), a system capable of automatically producing different products. This type of electronic design is one of the main characteristics of modern production systems.

These new methods are born from the need to adapt to a new economic situation, especially after the oil crisis of the 70s. they have made the production more lightweight and flexible and have increased the efficiency, but new techniques and new designs are already been experiencing. In short, there is no longer the factory with an assembly line, like in Charlie Chaplin's movies, it is a dinosaur of the past, now those buildings are in fact rediscovered by the industrial archeology, memories of the recent past but not to forget though.

--
This article was written by Martina Meneghetti with support from componenti elettromeccanici for any information, please visit assemblaggio elettronica

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Who has never dreamt to buy a wonderful house? Not an apartment or a simple house, I am talking about big, bright and beautiful houses, maybe with a pool and obviously located in some prestigious area?

This is certainly the dream of many people, but for many it will be forever a dream. Then, if somebody was hoping that with the crisis, prices would have fallen down, unfortunately he has been disappointed. There were some lowering, in fact, but they have been quite small, especially in Italy. In the rest of Europe, prices have fallen with more decision; this could be a good time for those who wish to take advantage of real estate sales in London. And this way, going on holiday in the British capital is even more fascinating, without being subject to rules and schedules of the hotel. There are a lot of real estate agencies in Italy that deal with finding property abroad for their customers.

But even in Italy offers do not lack. Prestigious buildings in all our beautiful cities are several; you just should rely on the right property agency, able to discover a world of comfort.
There is air of crisis, therefore, also in the real estate market, especially abroad. There are a lot of large and beautiful houses, often belonging to celebrities, who have serious difficulty finding buyers. In the U.S. the most affected by the crisis, the real estate market in California is practically cornered since at least a year, and now there is a big risk of severe crisis also in other two well-known markets.
The first is the high bracket of Manhattan, which once was believed to be impervious to any crisis or failure of the economy. This market has spent almost the last quarter of 2008 to revitalize and reduce their prices in order to sell. In the end, the owners had to sell their dream houses for half of their value.

But these were the fortunate owners, because for example other property, that once would have been sold at very crazy prices, and now are on the market at very low prices and despite all still remain unsold. Unfortunately still for some time the high-end luxury property market will probably continue to weaken because on one hand there are the owners that in hard times, like what we are experiencing, have need for some fast cash and on the other hand there are users who can not spend and that avoid too risky investments.

Another real estate market heavily at risk is that of London, whose value of luxury properties in the 9 most expensive districts fell by 17% over last year, a heavy data. Just like New York, London is a major financial center and as a result of the crisis, a lot of managers and senior management in the banking, financial and insurance sector and in industries and activities related have lost their job and this had a decisive impact on the market. The number of houses and apartments for sale for at least a million pounds compared to last year decreased by 49% compared to those of 2007, and it is bitterly expected that the value of luxury accommodation in London can reduce up to 30%, thus inflicting a fatal blow to the whole real estate market.

The crisis will not last forever, and financial sectors probably and cautiously will recover, but for the moment the real estate market is experiencing this great crisis, and for those who put some money aside, this would be a good time to buy a beautiful home spending much less money than the real value of the property.

--
This article was written by Martina Meneghetti with support from immobili lusso .
In this space we deal with cleaning and industrial hygiene, with efficiency and safety in the floor cleaning.

Hygiene is very important and it is a clear sign of good health, especially in the workplaces such as big enterprises and factories where dirt every day reigns supreme. And while in the small firms, owners can handle the cleaning by hiring one person twice a week, in the big firms issues are very different. It will be necessary to contact a cleaning company specialized in industrial cleaning. This type of cleaning ensures, as we said before, the health of employees in the building, but also safety. Cleaning companies, dealing with cleaning big firms, have special equipment allowing better disinfecting all floors, removing all bacteria. Also shopping centers rely on these specialized companies and we can see which are the cleaning machines that they use to clean the floors. Floors get dirty very easy and even if the tiles are darker (and therefore the dirt can be seen less),the floor is really full of microbes and dirt. There are so many shoes that every day stomp the floor and thus it gets dirty more than we can imagine.

There are two ways to wash the floors: wet cleaning and damp cleaning. The first type of washing is done when the floor is not very dirty, while the second type is the most apt to clean very dirty floors. But how are cleaned and washed floors? First you should give a big sweep to the floor to remove the dust and most of the dirt. Then, you have to dilute a disinfectant/detergent in a fair amount of water, depending on the needs and on the dirt we have to eliminate. You can also pour the detergent directly on the floor and then use the floor cleaning equipments. The machines used for industrial cleaning are provided with appropriate brush and are easy to use. Just push the machine by hand (but there are also those that may easily be lead) throughout the area to wash and doing more than one lap. This way the mops disinfect floors, restoring shine to the surface again, cleaning and health! But how often should floors be washed?
Always talking in the industrial fields, although there is no rule, it is clear that to have always careful hygiene, floors should be washed every day, or at least every two days. The cleaning company specialized in the industrial field has also other equipments that can be used to clean big environments. On the web, you can know the companies that perform this service and therefore ask for a cost esteem.

The cleaning companies that usually use motorized sweepers are considered very essential, also in view of possible control by the local ASL, as regards the cleanliness of environments. It is better to pay a cleaning company, rather than receive an expensive fine for workplaces not suitable to ensure workers a clean and healthy environment!

--
This article was written by Martina Meneghetti with support from sweeper .
Food machinery and food safety

Food safety is a frequently debated and very sensitive theme in these last years. Increasingly we hear cases of food contaminated with toxic agents, or on the packaging there were toxic substances and potentially harmful to our body.

This is particularly painful when we talk about food for children, as the notorious Chinese milk with the melamine. But these things happen not only in China, we can still remember well the scandal of Nestlé powder milk, or the very harmful presence of ITX in tetra packaging.
As we can easily notice, these cases unfortunately happen quite often. To keep prices low, companies accept to produce products or packaging containing not safe agents. In this process there are both foods but also food machinery that has to be periodically checked. But how do we define food safety?

Food safety is the ability to provide, in a constant and widespread way, hygienic water and food to meet the energy needs that the human body needs for survival and life. In the industrialized countries, then, this primarily means food hygiene. The hygiene and quality of foods depends on several factors, first of all regulatory compliance by producers and suppliers. It is therefore necessary to establish common rules across all UE countries. Over time, food safety has become a political program itself, this procedure can be followed through the evolution of European legislation, which places the focus on food quality and aims to ensure a high level protection of human and animal health.

Food safety is about control of food origin and also the origin of raw materials used in their manufacture. This also implies that the machines used in manufacturing, such as mixers or ovens, have to be always clean and tidy. The quality of food we eat, in fact, depends also on food machines. So it is important that even food machinery must reflect certain quality and hygiene standards. All machines and equipments now have to meet certain international standards to ensure food security at all levels.

The number of machines used in the food industry is very high, every activity or process has its own specific equipment, it is clear that there are various levels at which the contamination could occur. Among these machines we can cite the fryers, grinders, oven, slicers, sausage fillers and many others. The goal of course is that the entire production chain is subjected to strict standards and quality control. But it is clear that it is not enough to check only the final product, but that the total cycle has to be controlled, so it will be easier to trace the origin of the problem, if it were to emerge.

Regulations in recent years have become increasingly severe, the labels of origin on the product make it easier to choose food we trust more, so we hope that our health is always more secure, especially in such a sensitive area as it is food.

--
This article was written by Martina Meneghetti with support from triturazione .
New trends in the furniture sector made in Italy

Not just in clothing, also furniture can now start new trend. Designers challenge themselves to invent and create modern shapes furniture, very imaginative but also more ergonomic and comfortable.

But how does the dining room change, under the pressure of these new trends? How do change tastes and used materials? Up to some years ago, furniture quality was strictly linked to the wood it was made of and to the quality of wood, so for example quality depended on wood thickness or the manual ability of who created the object. Today things are changing; new concepts and new materials have been created, to satisfy new tastes of new generations. A new way to live the house has come, the minimalism floods and wraps everything with its rigor. But wooden furniture still represents elegance and style, it always remains a timeless classic, essential to decorate with style and elegance.

Moreover it is not sure that technological innovation can not go hand in hand with traditional craftsmanship. Manufacture processes applied to the production, in the medium/high-end companies, still inspire and fulfill craft criteria.

This ensures the care and the choice of used materials in the manufacturer processes, these materials are always carefully checked out by specialized personnel. In terms of design, the elegant furniture has always been one of the primary goal of Made in Italy production: in its products, the usual sober and modern style perfectly integrate with the full functionality and the utmost constructive care, and this to ensure that all products are always adapted to demanding users, but also sensitive to novelties, refinement and comfort. Clean and essential lines, first choice materials, great productive care and studied combination. Classical furniture, but modern lines and materials are the answer to comfort, elegance and glamour needs.

But the trends in this area are now numerous, some people prefer comfort and ergonomic above all, and some others would rather give up a little bit of comfort to focus instead on the beauty and harmony of forms. Furniture and furnishing then renew themselves, with the most innovative creations of different designers, with different and spectacular shapes and colors.

Thanks to an always evolving technology and a constant research on use and processes of this material, the versatility of aluminum is exploited, not only to realize the soul of an object but to transform it into a product, enhanced by a design that takes advantage of practicality and charm. If the most actual trend in the interior design is the fusion style, in tune with the polymorphous diversity of tastes and cultures that characterizes contemporary life; some companies have fully grasped the potential, doing of an eclectic mix of aesthetics and cultural references its formal recognition. Revive past styles again in a new light, which enhances the preciousness, but at the same time undermining from within the authority through a sort of "camouflage" made of bright colors, unusual materials, and new finishes. This is their main aim.

These were some of the latest news, now to decorate our home solutions are varied and flexible, but above all, all very beautiful, it only remains to decide which your style is!

--
This article was written by Martina Meneghetti, with support from home furnishings .
The last data on real estate market in Veneto

The real estate market is one of the most important sectors in the economy of a country. Unfortunately in the last months it has been one of the most affected sectors by the economic crisis; let's see now how is the situation in Veneto, a region always considered among the most flourishing and productive.

In March already, the Ance (National associations of building workers) annual report on 2008 and forecast of 2009, has registered a reduction of investments at about -4,5% and also in 2009 the investments will have a strong decrease. This pronounced slowdown in the region, however, it is also explained because for more than a decade the construction sector in Veneto has increased more than the rest of Italy. The crisis is now clearly visible, numbers and reports confirm it. The elements that move the balance in negative, in addition to the economic downturn started already last years and that involves all economic sectors, are the strict credit policy and the numerous delays or even the stop of payments by the local authorities.

In every province in Veneto, from Padua to Belluno, there is a significant infrastructure deficit, particularly with regard to the medium and small works that could already be set in motion, also because we must consider that the need of residential buildings remains high, mainly due to the significant population growth in recent years.

One of the most difficult areas is that of non-residential public buildings that in 2008 shows a 10% decline over the previous year. In strong decrease there is also the private non-residential sector (-6,7%) and the new housing (-4,7%). The only sector that in 2008 still shows a positive sign is that of investments for the extraordinary maintenance and recovery of existing housing (+1,3%). As for real estate selling in all provinces, the date are not favourable; in the first six months of last year the number of resulting sales decreased by 18,6% in comparison with the first half of 2007. The decrease is most marked in non-headplace of province municipalities (19,2%) compared with a decrease of 16,% in the headplaces of province of Veneto.

The latest report Nomisma records after 10 years of uninterrupted growth, the first negative signs on residential property prices. However, this does not mean that investors are turning their back to real estate market. Prices of apartment in Padua have fallen of -1,2%, in Venice of -4,2%, in Mestre -3,9% compared with the second half of 2007, these data indicate therefore that prices in general are not decreasing so much in relation to the rest of Europe.

The crisis has also affected the banking sector, which has immediately enacted more restrictive policies, between January and September 2008. In Veneto there was a decrease of 17,8% of funding to non-residential sector. Loans granted to households have registered in this region a decline by 3,6%, but only in the third quarter the reduction was of 20,2%.
To overcome the economic and financial crisis, all observers, domestic and international, reaffirm the anti-cyclical role that the infrastructural investments can play, for their power to sustain income and employment.

The key factors to revitalize the sector have been identified in technological innovation, especially issues related to energy issue, development of infrastructure, this is essential both because it gives job opportunities to the construction companies and because each infrastructure forms the basis for a further socio-economic development of the area, and in the policies for the house promoted by the Veneto region to face the housing problem for large sectors of the population.

--
This article was written by Michele De Capitani with support from punto immobiliare for any information, please visit appartamenti monolocali

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

One of the most expected days for all women is the day of their marriage, months and months of preparations, years of waiting, thousands of euro spent, all because this day is perfect and unforgettable.

Among things to organize, the most interesting is certainly the wedding dress, a wedding that women dreams about since they are children, a wedding that even if worn only once, it is still in their memories. In all cities there are some wonderful wedding dress stores, that since little girl, all women stare at, thinking how their magical dress should be. And possibilities are really numerous. In the whole peninsula, from Milan to Rome to Sicily, all brides dream about their special dress.

For who wants to save some money, the latest news is going to buy the dress at some outlet store, there you can find branded products at very reasonable prices. Also because a survey by Federconsumatori (the Federation of Consumers) has found out that wedding costs on average 6% more than in 2008, a continuous and sharp rise that, since 2001, has made double the average expense to get married: 50.840 euro, in comparison with 19.527 euro just eight years ago. This forces a lot of couples to pay wedding by installments.

To be sure to make a great impression in the fateful day, you need to follow some simple rules. Trends for this year see wedding dresses enriching with flowers, applied or printed on tissues, they triumph on skirts and corsages. Flowers are also protagonists in the haircut for the bride. The newest nuances? The ones of soft rose. To dare a bit, you can choose fuchsia or orange, if you want to maintain a classical and sober aplomb, you would better use the ton sur tone in white and ivory. Every atelier has its particular proposals to present, according to your body, your skin and the color of your hair it is important to choose the most fitting white nuance. But if you do not want to do everything at the last minute, you should go around a bit for many stores before buying the dress, do not just stop at the first store, but think that choices are numerous.

An important detail is the lingerie and the accessories. If you will wear an adherent or transparent dress, avoid frills and laces, but choose underwear that can not be seen under the dress, linear, basic. If the dress does not mark the curves of the body, then you can satisfy your whims with laces and vaporous details, you can be sure that nobody will see them. Regarding stockings, the rule would be to wear them, but in summer the weather could be really hot, if the dress is long and nothing is seen, you can also not wear them, otherwise stockings rigorously skin color and you may also choose for a pair of self-supporting thigh-highs that are very practical. And absolutely do not forget the garter.

Shoes should not have a too high heel; the best is between 3 and 5 cm. The décolleté are always a classic and in summer you can also prefer a pair of sabot, always the same color of the dress.
The ceremony also requires a veil, smooth and vaporous, edged with satin or lace, or very elaborate in chiffon with beads and sequins. The color of the veil should be coordinated with that of the dress.
But the important thing is that hands have to be free, with simple jewelry, to highlight the wedding ring that is the true protagonist of the day. In addition, the bride should hold only the bouquet, the bag is allowed only in civil marriages.

--
This article was written by Martina Meneghetti, with support from sposi frosinone .

The production of spirits and liquors is an important part of the industrial system of our country. Although we need to make a clear distinction between these two kind of beverages.

Spirits and liquors are both high alcohol degree beverages, produced with very different techniques: the first ones are distillates of fermented products; the second ones are obtained simply by mixing of infusion. The liqueurs or liquor drinks are a mixture of ethanol or water with brandy, sugar, spices, essences, essential oils.

There are various preparation techniques: you can make an infusion of the plant or of the aromatic herb in the alcoholic and sweetened liquid; or you can distill the alcoholic liquid containing the herbal substance, thereby extracting the aroma; or you can simply mix alcohol or spirit, spices, water and sugar. The variety of raw materials results in a wide variety of beverages, prepared with recipes often jealously guarded by the producers or even patented. The alcohol content is variable, generally between 20% and 50%. Among the most famous liquors we remember the limoncello, the nocino, the laurino, the flavored grappa, the gineprino etc.

With the name of spirits we include all alcoholic beverages fermented and distilled. The process used to produce spirits provides for the distillation of fermented mixtures containing low-alcohol, which is concentrated to obtain alcohol with high alcohol content.
Distillation is a process based on the different boiling point of liquid of different composition that enables to separate the different components of a liquid mixture.

The first rudimentary tool for producing distillate was called alembic and its invention is attributed to the Islamic chemist Jabir ibn Hayyan, between the VIII century and the IX century. The alembic is a boiler in which to heat the mixture to separate, a condenser where the vapors that separate from the boiling mixture are cooled and a container that collects the steam condensed, enriched by the substances with lower boiling point.
By repeating this process several times you can concentrate more and more the solution by increasing also the alcohol content.
When you make a distillation, the first and the last fraction of distillate are discarded, head and tail, because they contain harmful substances such as methyl alcohol (methanol) and other alcohol different from the methyl alcohol. The heart instead is used, consisting in ethyl alcohol and water. The current legislation provides for spirits alcohol content between 30% and 86%, the rate of methanol tolerated depends on the type of spirit.

These techniques are very old but are still widespread in Italy, especially with regard to spirits. Distil literally means pull our "drop by drop" and then in a broader sense to derive the essence, namely the "spirit" by something. And this is exactly the meaning and value of the ancient art of preparing liquors. What master distillers and spirits and liquors manufacturers are proposing themselves to do is offer to fans, experts and consumers a showcase of excellence, where quality and variety of spirits is offered in its splendor.

--
This article was written by Martina Meneghetti, with support from grappa moscato .
