If you are experiencing difficulty with aerobics too, at least you need to walk regularly.<br /><br />The fifth and last tip is planning your daily meals with an intention to include low fat foods only. I can't further elaborate that what you eat is important. Do not give in to your negative thoughts of weight loss, by eating those fatty and junk foods. It will not do you anything good, instead it could make things worse for you.
