I've been doing niche marketing and building niche web sites since 2004. As part of it is of course, to build traffic and monetize on the effort. If there is a good technique under the sun, chances are I know it.

I'm a firm believer of continuing education. For years, I've spent a great portion of my online income to expand my knowledge and skills by buying and reading hundreds of e-books and courses. Yes, hundreds of them!

So when I heard this new e-book Niche Annihilation Method, I was not impressed by any means. Out of curiosity, I skimmed over it in one sit.

No, this isn't one of those stories where I tell you about how skeptic I was about it, read it all and was blown away. Actually, I was quire disappointed in "Niche Annihilation Method."

Niche Annihilation Method comprises of 7 sections:
1. Method #1 - Conversions, conversions, conversions
2. Method #2 - Search engine domination
3. Method #3 - The only proven PPC technique
4. Method #4 - Super charged affiliate program
5. Method #5 - Backend money machine
6. Method #6 - Time savers
7. 30 Day Blueprint to success

Here's why I was disappointed:

1. No hand holding. There is no do this and then that. Step-by-step tutorial is what you won't find in this e-book. The method is for intermediate and advanced niche marketer, although you also get the 30 day blueprint which consists of 50 step-by-step video at the end of the book to guide you through product launch in niche market.

2. Not everything is new. This is to be expected considering I've been around for years. Rob claims this is the best ebook he has written so far, but frankly speaking not all the 49 pages are jam packed with new super tips.

3. Assumed experience. This ebook presumes that the readers have certain level of knowledge and experience online. If you're a newbie, this is absolutely not for you. For instance, if you don't know what an email newsletter can do to your business, you will be confused when it comes to the section about how to double income from the list.

With those said, if you are a go getter who can expand and take action on ideas, this is a must read for you. Just one idea about how to "steal" credibility, for instance, will increase your conversion by 50 percent or more. Imagine what it can bring to your bottom line.

Although far from complete, this ebook has many ideas that can propel your business to the next level. The six main sections include topics about conversion, search engine domination, pay per click, building affiliate team, backend money machine and time saver tips.

Finally, the ebook also includes 30 day blueprint for success. This section includes 50 screencast videos to help you get past the basics painlessly. The blueprint is the step-by-step used by Rob himself to launch any niche product.

All in step-by-step video format so you can learn and do. Before you know it, you get it done. Following this blueprint, you'll be able to launch like a pro even if this is just your first product.

Is Niche Annihilation Method right for you? You decide. If you need some ideas to grow your business, the contents in this ebook give you an advantage over your competitors. As promised, annihilate your competitors! Probably not, but at least you are playing at a higher level than most of them.

--
Hendry Lee helps small business owners overcome technology challenges in starting and marketing their online business.

Get my full review on Niche Annihilation Method.

Copyright Hendry Lee and Marketing Loop.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

There are only 3 steps to create a successful business. It applies both offline and online. I suggest that every business owner keeps this in mind in every marketing activity.

1. Know what the market want
You may think it is common sense, but it's not. Much to my surprise that many people do it exactly another way around. Instead of starting to locate demand, they start with supply, i.e. create a product they "think" the market want.

This is the biggest mistake I think a business owner can make. If some of them are successful using this method, chances are they create a better version of product that has been proven in the market.

The correct way to build a business and guarantee your product or service sells like hot cakes is to ensure there is surefire demand for the product. How do you find it? By looking around about what problems the market has and most importantly, are they willing to pay to have the problems solved?

2. Create a product to satisfy it
The next step is to create a product that offers value and benefits to the market. A crappy product can sell with proper marketing but no one can build a long term business out of the product.

Even if you're not the first to create a product in the market, you can come up with something better, have a unique selling proposition (USP), cheaper, etc.

Now is also the time to really think about and plan your sales funnel. If you can begin with more affordable product to "steal" customers, you can prove yourself and sell them higher ticket items later.

The concept of sales funnel is simple. Think of it as a reversed pyramid. On the top of the funnel is the free offer or low cost product to get as many prospects into the funnel as possible.

Through the follow up or sales and marketing system, you can then move them slowly to higher ticket item by focusing on solving their problems or improving quality of their life.

Obviously, less people will buy as you reach down to the funnel but this is where you best customers resides. Although they are just a handful of them, they pay high dollar and could comprise of a large pie of your business.

3. Let the market buy from you
This involves marketing, knowing how to reach the target market through effective message, become establish expert in the topic, be resourceful and helpful. You need to be able to reach them effectively in a way that you still profit from the endeavour.

Knowing how marketing works is the key here. It can be fun if you know how to do it without getting straight into the face with hard selling advertising or marketing messages.

An effective method that I've used again and again is to prove yourself that you're there to help instead of running away with their hard earned money.

This is why an email newsletters, educational white papers, articles, blogs and podcasts work so well.

Another important key is to invest in your education. I don't mean that you should pile up every book or ebook you can afford to buy. Far from that, being overwhelmed with information may do more harm than good.

However, every once in a while you should find ideas to improve your business and increase bottom line. A really good idea from one book or e-book can make a difference if you take action. The most expensive ebook or course won't do any good if you let the ideas sit there without implementation.

--
Hendry Lee helps small business owners overcome technology challenges in starting and marketing their online business.

Get my full review on Niche Annihilation Method.

Copyright Hendry Lee and Marketing Loop.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Ever since Amazon invented affiliate marketing more than a decade ago, the idea has been exploding like crazy. The Internet is a big world no one can possibly dominate on their own.

In offline business which depends heavily on location, even if the business is serving a small town, still anyone can take advantage of the power of referral marketing. On the Internet, even you have gigantic advertising budget like Coca Cola, there's no way it can reach the entire Internet with their latest marketing message.

This is when the idea about affiliate marketing kicks in. Basically, a product owner offer an incentive to the affiliate partner to promote their products. If someone take action or buy the product, the affiliate earn commission. It's as simple as that.

However, it can be extremely powerful.

Nowadays building a team of affiliates can be a full time job. Affiliates look for more than a product. They also want to make sure you offer them more than great commission (everybody does that), but also a lot of promotional tools, educational materials and even long term relationship like in joint venture.

Here are a few ideas that you should focus on when building your affiliate team:
1. Communication
Send personal message. Build relationship. Don't send email just to notify for new products and push them to promote. Given that everybody is offering more or less the same incentive (more money, contests, etc.) what makes your program different from others?

See your affiliates as partners and communicate with them regularly. Be passionate about helping them reach their goals. Ask how can you help them to sell more of your products.

The key to having loyal affiliates are not just about money, but more about the quality of relationship you build over a period of time.

2. Education
Provide value to the team of affiliates via education. A lot of new affiliates don't know where to start, even experienced marketers can benefit from insider secrets about which product works best.

Being helpful is the fastest way to build relationship.

Remember that affiliates are creative business people. You'll be surprised with the amount of feedback you get that can improve your program even more.

Related to the first point above, communicate by education helps them take action. In the long run, you're making money if they like and promote your products. Not to mention the amount of buzz they create around your brand.

New drove of affiliates will come as more people know about your product. It is amazing how this can quickly reach the snowball effect.

3. Motivation
Again, big reward is just one typical reason they should join and act upon your affiliate program. Do better by providing motivation for them to take action and actually promote your product.

Again it's not only about money. Ask them what you can do to help them achieve their goal. Better still, ask them what you can do to help them help others achieve their goals. As a business person, s/he would like to help their customers to solve their problems.

If you step up and take the role to help them do it, they will appreciate it and are more likely to promote your products. This is especially true if you provide long term benefits from this relationship.

This is what distinguishes affiliate deals with joint venture relationship.

4. Long term relationship.
I can't stress this enough. It's important to the success of your business, not one single promotion. A gift as simple as a mug for my birthday helps me remember a product merchant. Now that's what I call being unique and different.

Many people tend to focus on one single deal but by doing this there are no leverage, which is a very critical part of growing a business.

--
Hendry Lee helps small business owners overcome technology challenges in starting and marketing their online business.

Get my full review on Rob Benwell's Niche Annihilation Method.

Copyright Hendry Lee and Marketing Loop.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

In the midst of thousands or even millions of other things to do in a business, business owners often overlook the basics. It really boils down to only 4 keys.

Nowadays, businesses are more customer driven than ever. They have to be because the central of these keys is around the customers. If you think this is obvious, just take a look at how many products out there that are designed based on a "good idea" by the business owner instead of the customers.

So what are the keys?

1. Product
Product or service is the first key. That doesn't mean it is the first step though. The right way to identify the market and create the right product or service is utmost critical.

The benefit of doing business online is that you can at least predict to some extent about the profitability of a topic before going further. And you can do it freely on the web.

Focusing on demand first before creating a product ensure that by the time you launch it to the public, people will buy it.

If you're making money from your site and advertising revenue, your site is the product. You can identify if people are interested in buying advertising on such site.

2. Traffic
The second key to make money in any niche is traffic. There are a lot of ways to get traffic. Search engines, email newsletters, blogs, podcasts, advertisements are just a few very common ways to get traffic.

Knowing where to access the crowd who are the target market for your product is important to effectively reach them.

This is also the time you assess the competition and potential partner to make sure that you can still profit. Designing product line and sales funnel that work will help you do this even in competitive market.

Just because there are a lot of traffic in a niche, if you can't access them effectively and still profit, you should try less competitive niche but with larger potential.

3. Conversion
Making the right offer to the target market is next. On a web site, writing great copy will certainly convert more visitors to prospects, or prospects to customers.

I really like the idea of educating people about their problems and offer solutions to help them.

That always work better than any hard selling. Becoming resourceful and helpful is the key to build a successful business nowadays, especially if you don't have large budget. Even big companies can take advantage of this.

Email newsletter, blogs, podcasts, white papers are just several examples of using educational material to reach the target market.

4. Customer relationship
Be in the business of getting customers, I heard some gurus said. What did they mean?

Simple. You should be focusing on getting customers in your business. And when you get a new customer, that is just the beginning. Build relationship with them.

People only buy from who they know and trust. After all the work, you should leverage that and help them even more. Offer the right products to the existing customers is the next key to make money in any niche.

These keys are becoming more important nowadays. Competitions are getting stiffer. Instead of going from one niche to another, concentrate on making it big in one niche. That is the golden key to success on the Internet this year and beyond.

--
Hendry Lee helps small business owners overcome technology challenges in starting and marketing their online business.

Get my full scope on Rob Benwell's Niche Annihilation Method review.

Copyright Hendry Lee and Marketing Loop.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Puppies and dogs are great pets. They are good companions for human beings too. Dogs could bring out a smile in all of us.

Unfortunately, not all environments are suitable to adopting just any breed of dog. This is especially true if you are living in the city where space is limited and family members have very tight schedule.

Some dogs require very much attention, exercise and ample of room to move around and play. Others are more tolerant to those factors. The latter usually makes a better dog pet for city dwellers.

Here are some, obviously not all, dog breeds that are suitable for urban living:
1. Shih Tzus. This diminutive size dog breed is portable and well-behaved. They are suitable for city living because they don't take much space and will not ruin as much things as when you own a sports breed.

2. Pugs. This breed is very sociable, usually stubborn about certain things but they are also charming, clever, and fun. Pugs also get along with other dogs and pets quite well. They are great household companions for they don't require demanding care.

3. Miniature poodles. They are clever pets, but should be socialized as soon as possible as a puppy. Miniature poodles need to be involved in family activities but should make lovely canine pets.

4. Lhasa Apsos. This breed is naturally happy, playful and intelligent. Because they are independent, they are often hard to train. Lhasas have excellent health. When it comes to grooming, they need special attention because of their coat.

5. Labradors. If you are living in the city but wish to have a sports dogs, then labradors could be the perfect choice. They learn fast and are very mild mannered. Make sure you can take them for a walk daily to keep this canine companion in good health.

Other things to consider when choosing dog breed for urban living is the fact that they shed a lot or not. This can cause alergy if one of your family members is sensitive to such thing.

A dog can bring a lot of happiness to life but you must make sure they are suitable not only to the environment you live in but also to your lifestyle.

--
Aaron Lee helps dog owners whose dog is trying to outsmart them.
How Coaches Use Podcasts and Save Money on Marketing Budget

Online communications are changing. Consumers are now actively demanding more involvements through social media like blogs, podcasts and online videos. No longer are they satisfied by being passive readers. They also have opinions. These opinions count so much they can hijack an established brand.

In this article, we will talk about one of these media called podcast. Podcasting has become so popular in a short period of time it was the Word of the Year for 2005 and officially included in New Oxford American Dictionary.

Coaches can no longer ignore such trends. This marketing channel is not just for big companies with huge marketing budget. Anyone can effort it. Clients are now talking about you and their experience with your service whether you want to participate or not, and whether you like it or not.

What can you use this rich media channel for?

1. Using podcast as a lead generation tool

If your lead generation strategy involves any online activity, now is the time to look beyond search engine optimization, email marketing, or press release. Many people are buying based on recommendations of friends and colleagues in social media and networking sites.

Podcasts play a huge part in them. A free podcast that offers valuable content, and with the right promotion, will attract a lot of loyal listeners. If all of those who listen and subscribe to your podcast are highly interested in your content, how valuable this could be? After all, they are listening to you instead of tons of other choices out there, it should mean something.

2. Save time on lead nurturing

Imagine being able to "talk" directly to the profile above repeatedly. Instead of offering articles, white papers, email newsletter and other static content, you begin to mix them with audio content such as short seminars or coaching sessions.

Best of all, podcast allows you to keep in touch with your audience just like email, with additional benefits. It is also spam free, and the process of downloading and syncing to the listeners' portable media players can be done automatically.

3. Increase revenue through product sales

Unlike what many people think, promoting products through a podcast will not turn listeners off. The last thing your audience want from you is boring content. They don't object product promotion as long as it augments the value of the podcast.

If podcasters have successfully used this medium to earn hefty advertising revenue, why can't it work for your own product?

4. Establish a name and thought leadership

Being able to reach your prospective clients again and again builds brand value. Big companies pay millions to be able to advertise on national radios and televisions. You can do the same by leveraging what you know and share them with the world. Nothing beats the Internet when it comes to reaching international audience.

Podcasting is your tool to reach people globally, on a shoestring.

5. Demonstrate expertise

Coaches who podcast share interesting tidbits about their industry. They often give insights into the topic itself. Just like writing for magazines, trade journals and other publications establish yourself as an expert in your niche, podcasting allows you to do so more lively.

One of the greatest concerns for coaches who want to jump on the bandwagon is they don't have time to produce content. This is not something to worry about. Chances are, coaches have tons of content already produced. And the good news is, they can use the same content and re-purpose them into new media format.

Start looking into it before your competitors do!

--
Hendry Lee helps business owners overcome challenges in using marketing technologies to start and grow their online business.
