Believe it or not, if you write things down (or type them on paper using your PC), you're far more likely to follow your ideas or weight loss plan. <br /><br />And to get you started, here are three stellar weight loss tips to get you on your path to success fast :<br /><br />1. Eat as much leafy green lettuce (romaine lettuce or similar and not iceburg lettuce), broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and tomatoes as you can stand. Just one salad a day with all of these in it, will have a remarkable and beneficial impact on your health in a short period of time. And eat blueberries above all other fruit.<br /><br />2. You don't have to start jogging to burn fat, just start walking as far as you can 5 days a week, even if it is at a shopping centre, in your neighborhood (if it is safe), or at a gym or home on a treadmill. Even walking just a quarter mile a day for a few weeks, and then a longer route as you feel better, will help. Get new running shoes that fit, if you can afford them, because that will give you more confidence and remind you what you're doing is important.<br /><br />3. If you still have trouble losing weight, try a safe diet pill like Hoodia Gordonii, but make sure it is pure and of the best quality.
