If you have just began to investigate the internet for work at home opportunities it won’t take very long before you begin to feel overwhelmed. It is absolutely amazing to me how much information can be found online. No matter how many times you look on the net you will always find more opportunities it changes by the minute. It becomes frustrating when you begin to ask yourself what business is right for me. What would I like to do online?

What becomes the most frustrating for me is how do you know when an opportunity is a lost cause and will not produce anyone any income and is a scam and which ones are sincere opportunities that will provide a return if you follow the steps provided. As we learn more about online business opportunities the easier it becomes for us to spot the scams.

Currently we have been investigating website building opportunities. My first step is to make a list of what our needs are. For example we want site builders that offer either affiliate sales (a sign up page that we can begin to market there products and services for a commission). Even better a sales plan that offers the best opportunity is a MLM or multi level marketing program. The more salespersons in your down line the more potential income you can make.

Second a quality professional web page that sells itself when a visitor shows up at the site.

Third, is it easy to set up and implement the site builder? It absolutely amazes me how many web building sites have a superior sales presentation that gets you to sign up however, when you try to build your site it is impossible to get the job done the way you want it done. And, finally the level of customer service. This is the real kicker for me. In the last month we have signed up with six builders only to become so frustrated in the lack of customer service and the ability to get answers to our questions the we had to cancel everyone of them to get our money back.

Our policy at PRK International is we do not give out the bad company names. We only name the sites that offer everything we expect from them for our purposes. We get asked almost daily why we don’t name the company web sites that we fire or give a poor rating to? We always work to be a professional and reliable source for quality opportunities. Just because a business opportunity did not work for PRK International does not mean it will not work for you. We find and discuss the opportunities that work for us and discuss why they work for us. In this way it helps you to make informed educated decisions on your own with our help. We do not push products on you.

The most frustrating part we found working with the site builder programs so far has been how we have to communicate. The web is eliminating personal phone service. This is fine for most products and services however; we feel that it does not work well for site building. When we got ready to build our test site(s) we had questions. We went into the chat forums and Q&A first if we did not find an answer we had to submit our question then wait. The same thing occurs when we could not locate or get the response we were looking for through the forums we had to submit a ticket to the site builder customer service team. We tracked the time it took to get a response. We were shocked it took in the best case less than two hours for a response to the longest response of 17 hours. All questions were submitted during work hours. Now if you’re trying to build a business it just will not work having to wait hours for a response only to get a poor response in return. It just becomes a game of emails back and forth taking about a week in our worst case sample to get the right answer.

In the end we still do not have a top rated service for an experienced web site owner. However we did find a web site builder that is great for a beginner someone that has not started a website yet (has no domain name) or, wants to start all over again click on over to SBI to learn more if your new to web site building and you need all the video training included in the low monthly investment to build yourself a new business this site is for you.

--
Ken Garratt writes for http://www.prkinternational.com a company developed by Ken to educate and help others to build an at home business.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Maybe the single greatest part about affiliate marketing is the incredibly low initial investment you need to start earning money for yourself. All you really need is a website.
If you do your research you can even find affiliate sites that provide the website! There are so many FREE programs out there that will walk you though basic web design, even if you know nothing about it, you can be up and running in the span of a day. All that’s left at this point is finding an affiliate marketing program to subscribe to.

Here are a few tips about starting up your affiliate marketing campaign today!

There are tens of thousands of affiliate marketing programs you can subscribe to. The list is essentially limitless. An important piece of advice, though, is that if an affiliate marketing program wants you to pay money to sign up, you might want to think twice. Unless the initial investment is very small, there are many other choices that you could make. You see, almost all affiliate marketing programs are FREE! That’s right, you read that right. FREE! And not only that, but some of the big time programs will even train you and give you tips on the right keywords to put on your webpage so random web surfers will find you, click on your link, buy a product and earn you money! Unless you really want to be part of an affiliate marketing program that charges money, don’t do it. There are thousands that are free.

Don’t use a low-quality internet provider. This can be a tough choice for those looking at keeping their costs at zero or as close to zero as possible. But your local full Internet Service Provider is going to do a better job of hosting your new money making website then some free site that crashes all the time. Your new web site is a money-making machine for you, don’t trust it to a company that isn’t going to do everything they can to make sure it’s up and running 24/7. You probably pay for an internet connection in your home already, and with your basic Internet account, you get web space. Use it and rest easy knowing that your website is in good hands.

As you can see, there are a few ins and outs to affiliate marketing that everyone needs to know. But the key here is the fact that you can earn money with almost no work involved. Just make a website, write some snappy content and set up your links and then sit back, relax and count your money.

--
Ken Garratt writes for http://www.prkinternational.com a company developed by Ken to educate and help others to build an at home business.

Source: http://www.articletrader.com
