Why Should I use a Direct Independent Examiner?
A Direct Examiner is based on the belief that your clients' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire focus is committed to meeting those needs. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
The benefits of using an independent examiner are numerous.
Independent examiners value every agent. We know that unless we provide excellent service to each and every agent, we will not be able to stay in business very long.
Because you would deal exclusively with your own Personal Examiner, you know who will be calling to schedule your clients, drawing their blood and keeping you informed of the progress of the exam. With a local office you are likely to deal with a different office person each time. There is also a very good chance that you will get a different examiner each time. Do you really know how much training that examiner has had? Do you really want to risk your commission on the latest newbie, directly out of phlebotomy school? A Direct Examiner is EXCLUSIVE to you, you will not have that to worry about.
Another thing that stands out in my mind is the fact that a Direct Examiner is able to arrange special appointment times for your clients that are not able to schedule during regular business hours.
We go out to see applicants during business hours, but many have home offices that are open for business anytime that your client is available.
Also, you only have one person handling your clients from start to finish.
A good Examiner will always call or email the night before to confirm appointments.
We take great pride in our work and strive to perform efficiently, professionally and maintain a friendly, warm attitude. We call all applicants within 24 hours of receiving the exam, strive to have all cases scheduled within 48 hours and completed within 3 days. You can be status you as much or as little as you like.
Your exams will be forwarded to the appropriate entity upon completion. Copies will be provided to you if authorized by the insurance company and you desire to have them. All blood work will be sent off to lab within 24 hours of completion, except on weekends.
You can order exams by phone, fax, email etc.We must possess excellent phlebotomy skills and know how to handle applicants who are nervous about any part of the exam process. Most of us can bill through PORTAMEDIC, EMSI, EXAMONE, APPS or Paramed Solutions.
So if your company has to bill through one of the "Big 4" (Portamedic, EMSI, APPS, ExamOne) just state it when you order and we will bill through that company.
You owe it to yourself to allow an Independent Examiner to complete your Paramedical Exams!
I am sure that when you order your first exams, you will not be disappointed.
Please feel free to contact me at 1(877) 751-EXAM, Or, check me out at www.exam.vpweb.com For more information on Independent Examiners!

--
My name is Kim Golphin and I am a Paramedical Examiner located in Hudson Ohio. My territory is Cuyahoga and Summit County. www.exam.vpweb.com

Source: http://www.articletrader.com
