User Bio:
Mick Reade has been working in commercial kitchens across Australia for over 12 years. In 2001 he won the title of best steak cooker in Australia with a large steakhouse franchise.

Time spent cooking in Melbourne allowed him to create a whole new range of chicken parmigiana styles, delicious twists on a classic favourite that flew out the door in many of Melbourne's popular eateries.

Later, after a stint in Brisbane, he went across to Perth and learnt how to make pizzas from the master pizza chef and two-time World Pizza Champion, Theo Kalogeracos.

He now lives in Perth and enjoys coming up with new delicious pizza and parma toppings to wow the public with, and also teaches people how to cook easy meals at home in his spare time.
