First dates can be uncomfortable situations and they can end up being painfully awkward at the very least. So how do you handle it?

Below are 10 tips to help you and your date get started as painless as possible:

1. Drive yourself. Don't meet at each other's house. Just in case you want to end the date early, you'll have the option of leaving and not feel trapped. You'll also not open your self up for the impulse to invite your date in. Safety is also an issue to consider. Having your own car helps to insure this. You don't want your date to know where you live, especially if it wasn't a pleasant experience. Which helps to avoid a date turning into a stalking nightmare.

2. Keep it simple First dates can create jittery nerves. Jittery nerves and complex plans do not mix. Make it simple and fun.

3. Men, be as polite as possible when ending the date, express to her that you're interested. This first impression will make you stand out.

4. Women, don't wear anything provocative or too sexy. This sounds like an old cliché but first impressions last. Your date won't know anything about you except for how you look and how you behave. He will take you at face value and giving him the wrong impression on what sort of person you are is not something you want to do.

5. Try and wear clothing that makes you confident and that you are comfortable wearing. It will be uncomfortable enough without worrying about that tightness around your waist or the itchy necktie.

6. Men, try to be specific about where you are going for the date. This will make the entire affair more comfortable and it prepares your date for what to expect and what to wear. Wearing a cocktail dress to a fast food joint is definitely out!

7. Ask your date about himself/herself. A healthy interest in getting to know your date is a good sign to show. This means that you want to learn about and think of your date as an interesting person. Remember, the most interesting conversationalists are those who ask about others. Great topics are work, hobbies and sports. Just keep it light and conversational.

8. Try not to overdo the perfume or the cologne. Too strong and the scent can be quite distracting. It's very hard to complete an evening out if your date is dazed by the smell.

9. Mouthwash is important. Also, brush your teeth and bring a couple of mints if you're eating out.

10. And always remember... have fun and be yourself!

As you can see Tips For Seniors Dating is not at all different than any other dating tips. Seniors are people too! The same rules apply to all.

--
If You're Over 55 and Your Monthly Budget Could Use Some Help Then
Please Visit It's All Free for Seniors
You'll be impressed with the Free Stuff
You can Get!

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Here’s a not-so-secret secret: the market is getting tired of the usual eBooks and special reports that promises the most revolutionary information. They want something new… something more… something that they could actually respond to. And it becomes an Internet marketer’s challenge to come up with novel products that would excite a market slowly sinking to indifferent stupor.

And the most encouraging product types that have been invented in recent months are video products. Yes, video that you could actually watch from your monitor screen. Video that is accompanied by audio commentaries, which seek to inform, if not to entertain.

There are many reasons why video products are better than written works, which have become passé after a decade or so.

* People respond more to what they could see and hear, rather than what they could merely read.
* People are more stimulated with what they get to enjoy watching.
* Some information which cannot be clearly conveyed with written works can actually be demonstrated with video presentations.
* Video presentations present information in a clearer, and often, more concise manner.
* Video presentations are viewed as more professional products compared to their counterparts.

Indeed, video products are easily better options compared to conventional varieties. But the problem that most Internet marketers experience with this medium is the seemingly complicated process involved in their creation. This, however, should not be the case. With the right knowledge on how to proceed, you’d realize the creating a video product is easier than baking an apple pie.

Let’s take a look at the essential steps.

1. Select a subject you want to tackle, preferably a subject you are already familiar with.
2. Select a particular aspect of that topic which you will want to discuss. It should be something engaging and helpful for your future customers.
3. Prepare an outline of how you will discuss the said aspect of the subject.
4. Do your research.
5. If your subject involves a certain niche, get a digital camcorder and record the appropriate material. You may choose to add your audio in real time, that is, while you’re filming your footage, or later on, during the editing process.
6. If your subject involves online affairs, download the screen capture program at www.camtasia.com . This would allow you to capture your computer screen’s movements in .avi format. Camtasia would also allow you to record the audio in real time, or you may prepare a different audio file via Windows Sound Recorder and synchronize both formats later on.
7. Edit the materials using a video editing software program. There are many of these for sale, but if you want something readily available, Windows XP comes with a movie maker program already.
8. If you will offer your video product for download, convert your file into .wmv format to compress its size.
9. If you choose physical delivery, burn your video product on CDs or DVDs, and prepare them for shipping.
10. Then you could market your product already.

Nothing is complicated about it. Creating your own video product is indeed that simple. Anyone could do it, actually. And the applications for this type of creation are amazingly diverse.

* You could add video components to your sales page to increase your response rate.
* You could offer downloadable video lessons to increase consumer confidence.
* Instead of preparing a written manual, you could demonstrate what is needed to be done with a software product you’re offering through a series of videos that can be packaged with your item.

The possibilities are endless. The above examples are just a sampling of the many doors that video products can open for you. If you want to favorably position yourself in the online marketing field, do consider creating your own video products as soon as possible.

--
Art Luff is webmaster Of "Build Blogs Fast" and is offering a Free Download containing Step by Step Instructional Videos on How To Create Blogs Quickly in The Niche Of Your Choice.
Deciding that you want to utilize the number one auction site on the World Wide Web, to market your goods and services to, can be a risky as well as a scary proposition. You're going to have to do your homework to see if what you have to offer falls into the list of "Hot Items" to sell. Without some research your success will be hypothetical at best. Without realizing some profits, the recurring fees just mount up as you watch your advertising budget fly out the window. If you do not have an in demand product or service, you have no one bidding, consequently you have no sales.

So where do you start? What products would be on the list of "Hot Items" to sell? I've put a small list of tips below to start you off.

1. Keep your finger on the pulse of the marketplace. Read magazines, newspaper classifieds, and pay attention to TV and radio commercials. What's being marketed the most, don't rely on what you already know. Go beyond that. What are advertisers competing for? Whatever it is, chances are it's a pretty hot market. If you feel there is too much competion then do something that can enhance it. For instance, iPods and MP3's are "Hot" right now. You could put together an eBook with all the sources for those items listed in it to aid your customer in their search for the best possible prices. See what folks are looking for and give it to them.

2. eBay has a pretty extensive collection of tools associated with your sellers account. Run a search to see what's being sold and for how much. Determine if you can compete with the price its being sold for. Human nature says that the masses will go for the best possible price. Everybody loves a bargain. However, if you've gone the distance with your product and made it just a little bit better than most or if you've offered some bonuses that add real value to their purchase, chances are you'll win the bid and make the sale.

3. The Internet is not referred to as The Information Super Highway for nothing. With all these resources at your fingertips, this would be a good first choice for researching your campaign. Google, Overture, Yahoo and any number of other search engines can give you some eye opening facts regarding the number of times a particular item has been searched for. You could also go to nichebot.com and utilize the Keyword Discovery Tool, among others, at their site. andale.com is an eBay tool which is a pay site as is the Keyword Discovery Tool on nichebot. If you can afford it, they are highly recommended. If you take a bit of time the information you can compile will be worth its weight in gold. It will mean the success or failure of your campaign.

4. Keep in mind that most of what is popular in the Real World will, in most cases be popular on eBay. Entertainment is immensely popular. Sports items and memorabilia, Music, Movies, and all their electronic counterparts. The list is huge as are the profits.

5. If you've been following the latest technological developments, you may want to try your hand at speculation by putting a plan in motion to benefit you before they're actually released. Simply use the tips above and make your plan accordingly.

--
Now you can cash in on the "Exploding e-Book marketing craze!"

If you sell any product or service online, here's how to make your
business highly profitable - FAST!

http://best-resale-deal-ever.com/Books4Ebay.html

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Like any other game, you will want to be certain that you have both an offense and defense in place. This is no exception to volleyball and can help your team to play their best. Whether they are working on keeping the ball in the air, or striking out the other team, you want to make sure that some basic offense is taken into consideration by all of the players.

The general rule for a good offensive team in volleyball is that they have the ability to play as a team. This will allow them to communicate the plays with each other in order to keep it exactly where they want it. The beginning of every good offensive play will begin with a setter. From here, the other members will want to play the ball. It is not necessary to get the ball over the net right away, but instead to move the ball around on one side of the court in order to find a gap from the other team. When you are setting up your offense, you will want to make sure that the team doesn’t hit the ball too aggressively. They should be able to hit the ball with their palm or fingers in order to keep it up without getting it over.

If you are setting up an offensive line, you can use several strategies to get everything in place. One of the techniques that are often used is known as overlaps. This allows players to get out of rotation while they are playing a game of volleyball. This will allow the offensive players to stay in the forefront and to set up different plays for the game. By doing this, you will have the ability to set up different sets that can help get the ball over the net and onto the ground.

When you are working with offense, you will want to make sure that they know how to use team techniques in order to succeed. By showing different line ups, you can make sure that they are able to set the ball and find the gap on the other side of the court for the win. When you play the ball offensively it will give you a new strategy for taking the volleyball to where it belongs

Even when the ball isn’t on your side of the court, it is important to be ready for it to get there. Hitting back at exactly the right time is an important defensive rule for any volleyball game. There are several techniques that can be used for the defense part of volleyball; all which will help prevent the team from missing the hit.

The first thing that will need to be done as a defensive team is to be ready for the serve. The best way to do this is to make sure that everyone is positioned in order to block the ball from falling. Being in a position where knees are slightly bent and the legs are ready to move in any direction is a good beginning. Generally, you will want to make sure that both the front line and back line are covering a wide range of space and are able to hit the ball. Often times, coaches will have the front line step slightly back and have the back line step forward in order to cover the space that is needed.

After everyone is set in the right positions, they will need to be ready to attack the ball when it gets to their side. This will begin by being ready for the attack. It is best to get the ball when it is right below your chin. This will make it easier to hit, and you will be able to do so with more power. You will also want to get under the ball in order to keep it off the ground and going towards the other side of the court.

From here, the most important part of playing defensively is to block the ball. Each player should act like the ball is coming towards them, and should be ready to stop it from a fall when they see it. Part of the blocking may be to make sure that if a block is missed, someone else grabs the ball. Other players should be ready to block the ball by the net, just in case it comes too close to hitting the net and falling.

By being prepared and paying attention for the serve, a game can easily take the turn from a defensive line to an offensive one. If your team is getting ready to receive a ball from the other side, you will want to make sure that they are also ready to defend their territory. By doing this, they will be able to set the ball like they want and get it away from where they don’t want the ball.

--
Author's Bio...

Get Your zuneREACTOR®UNLIMITED ACCESS PASS before they are all gone...

Unlimited Free Downloads Of Your Favorite Sporting Events!

http://businessextremes.com/zreactor.html

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Worry, frustration, confusion, sleeplessness and fear are all components of the chaotic mind, making just one simple goal difficult to achieve and the success you greatly desire remains elusive.

There is no success in a mind of chaos. One needs to attain peace and calmness in the mind in order to encourage positive thoughts. A daily regiment of positive affirmations is paramount to your success.

Normally one finds it very difficult to manage and control the mind. Sometimes, one may feel that the mind is similar to a balloon, blown by the wind, taken to any direction and circumstance the wind takes it. When things come out well, the mind is contented, but when things go badly, instantly the mind becomes very unhappy.

Because the mind and one’s emotions are connected, a disturbance in one will distract the coordination and harmony of the two. For instance, when one gets the result or the relationship that he wants, such as a partner, a job promotion or a new car, one bonds to it very tightly.

However, because often, these possessions and relationships are uncontrollable, the moment that one is separated from all these causes so much pain. And all the negative emotions causes chaos.

Such mood fluctuations arise for the main reason that one is closely attached with the outside situation. However, when the mind is relaxed, one makes an inner room and clearness which enables one to control and manage the mind despite the external situation.

Gradually one develops mental balance, which is a state of the mind that is happy and positive always; confused mind moves back and forth between the intemperance of despondency and excitement.

In meditation, one can achieve a peaceful and calm mind that is free of worries and anxiety, so one can experience happiness, encouraging and attracting positive behavior; a chaotic mind, only attracts negative feelings and behavior, therefore it is a barrier to setting and achieving goals.

With a chaotic mind one will have a hard time experiencing happiness, even when one is already in the best of circumstances. Constant meditation trains the mind to gradually be more and more cheerful and peaceful, eventually experience balance and happiness, being able to stay positive even in the most complicated or worst situations. This is a state of mind that is very crucial to achieving success.

The mind is like a station, sending out energy or power signals (your beliefs and thoughts). These energy and power patterns are then grasped by the subconscious mind that is responsible for creating the circumstances, situations and events to assist one in achieving what one’s beliefs, thoughts and goals are.

The subconscious mind never distinguishes what is bad or good for you; it only acts on what instructions it receives from the conscious mind, meaning what your thoughts and beliefs are.

So while there is that desire in you that you want to accomplish a certain goal, if you do not truly believe and truly trust that will be able to, if you, with your chaotic mind constantly think about the reason why you can not achieve something rather than why it will be easy for you to do it, then you will be sending instruction to your "subconscious mind" to establish certain circumstances in which it will be difficult for you to accomplish your goals.

This is the reason why negative thoughts should be eliminated and only entertain positive thoughts, all the time.
Constant positive affirmations likewise attract positive situations, and influence the subconscious to create a situation favorable to you. Affirmations are positive thoughts spoken with great trust, faith and absolute power that what you say, you will accomplish. In addition to these positive affirmations your goals success can be insured by writing them down.

Remember, first and foremost to keep a focused mind and never entertain negative thoughts. However, should a negative thought enter your mind, block it off with positive thinking and never, never affirm it. For like the chaotic mind, verbal affirmations can greatly affect your attitude towards accomplishing your goals.

Never be a prisoner of the chaos in your mind. Release all those hurts, frustration and anger that you feel deep inside. Look at the world in a different point of view and believe that you can accomplish anything as long as you have faith in you that you can.

There is no success in chaos, and chaos will not lead to success. It is balancing the mind, releasing all stress that the mind feels, letting go of all negative thoughts and making a clear image of the life that you want to live, can there be success.

--
Learn The Secrets That Most People Will Never Know About Mastering Their Mind Power

http://lightninghotprofits.com/QMP.html

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Have you noticed the popularity of Blogs? Cheez, There's a bunch of them out there. It's getting more difficult to tell one from another. Having made that observation, it's pretty safe to assume that you'd better have something pretty unique to offer and you're going to have to decide who your target market is. Or what niche are you targeting and what do you have to offer that 9000 other marketers are not offering? What will your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) be?

Once you've answered those questions to your satisfaction, you'll be able to build a loyal readership, maybe even make a few bucks, with a little luck and some hard work.

Now the Internet is an endless source of resources for finding those tasty little morsels and Blogging is a pretty simple way to get your message out there but only after you've done your research. Heck, you can set up a free blog at Blogger.com in all of five minutes. But answering the questions above could take anywhere from five hours to five days. Don't mean to scare anyone off, it's just the reality of the internet or any business for that matter. So if your looking for an easier, softer way? You may as well just pick up your marbles and get into a different game.

Experience has taught me that as an Internet Marketer I am in the business of solving problems. So, it is my job to find a group of people with a common problem. It doesn't need to be a huge group, actually it usually begins with a small group and if I've done my job at solving their particular problem, it can grow to immense proportions. Let's brainstorm a bit. Where can we go to discover a problem that needs solved? That's Easy. Everywhere and anywhere.

You can open up your email and scan headlines to see what problems others are solving. How to find a date, what autoresponder is best, how to use an ftp program, how to end a relationship, how to make money, who's offering the best airfares, anyone been to the Baja. I'm sure you see my point. Problems are everywhere. It's simply a matter of identification and locating the solution.

You can also lurk or post in marketing forums in your search for an idea. Good blogging starts with a good idea. Once again, scan the posts and see if there's a group of posts that has people stumped. Write an article or report and link to it in your signature. Provided the forum allows this. Make sure you know the rules of each forum as leaving a link where it's not allowed can get you flamed at the least or banned from the board at the worst.

RSS Readers are available for free at www.rssreader.com/ You can subscribe to as many rss feeds as you want. This is a wonderful resource for niche research. As is Nichebot.com/ just enter a few keywords to see how many times that keyword has been searched for.

Inventory.Overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ works the same way. Just enter a keyword and bam, there you have it. Blog directories can be found on Google.com. Do a search to find out what people are blogging about. Ideas are everywhere.

Get used to the idea of writing articles, reports, ebooks etc. This will be your Golden Egg. You, of course will be the Goose! (:-). Once you've decided where your going and what your doing. Go ahead and start out with a free blog. Do a search on Google. Since Google owns Blogger.com that will come up in the #1 spot. There are others, plenty of others.

Interject as much of your own personality into your blog. Let people get to know you. Build relationships with people. Earn the Trust of your peers. Give freely of yourself, as it will serve you well.

Getting the word out about your blog will require some effort on your part. Like I mentioned earlier, Locate as many blog directories as you can and submit your blogs address to them.

Write articles about your chosen niche and leave a link to you blog in your resource box at the end of your article. Do the same thing with Newsletter and Ezine Publishers in the niche of your choice. Don't forget to post those articles to your own blog.

Reading and Writing are absolutely necessary for your business survival. Spend time in article directories reading other authors articles in your niche. Take the time to sit down with a pen and tablet. Copy the work of noted writers like Marlon Sanders, Jim Edwards, Joe Vitale, And Jimmy Brown. I don't mean copy and use their work. Just write down their work. I cannot explain it but something happens when you write it down. I guess it puts you in a creative frame of mind and you grow in understanding. It's a wonderful thing.

Know This: Your not going to do it perfectly. You will look back on your early work and you'll get a chuckle. To Quote Marlon Sanders, "You Don't Have To Get It Right, You Just Have To Get It Going"! And whatever you do NEVER EVER QUIT!

Good Luck and God Bless,

Art Luff

--
"BuildBlogsFast" Is A Powerful New System That Shows You
How To Churn Out Money Making Blogs By The Dozens.
This Same System is Being Sold for $47. to $97.
Get It Here Free!:
http://lightninghotprofits.com/BuildBlogsFast.html

Source: http://www.articletrader.com
