When I first came across the registry cleaner utility ErrorSmart and read a review of it, I was frankly skeptical of the product. Was this an Error Smart scam? The person writing the review had said that the IT tech at work had recommended that he try using Error Smart to correct his PC's sluggishness. The tech had said that the product was the "best on the market," and that it could clean any machine and restore it to the same effeciency as the day it first came out of the box.

Well, claims like this seemed a little over the top to me, so I went to the ErrorSmart download on their website to try a test version of the registry cleaner to see for myself just how well it performed. The file, which was just under three megabytes, downloaded fairly quickly. So far so good. It installed like a dream without any problems. Okay, so far I'm liking what I see.

When the program opened up, the control panel was easy to read and easy to use. It told you exactly what the program would do for your PC and gave you buttons to perform each function. I'm kind of a hands on sort of person when it comes to this sort of thing, so I was interested to see how it scanned. Sure enough, when the scan was finished (it took about two minutes) Error Smart displayed all the invalid files so I could see just which files were being singled out. That way I could confirm the invalid files from the valid files. I really liked that feature.

ErrorSmart's review of my registry revealed a total of 420 errors found, ranging from Active X, OLE and COM items to Add/Remove Program items and File Association items. While the test program only fixed a few of these, at least I knew what else needed fixing. When I compared this to the registry cleaner I was currently using, ErrorSmart found a whole lot more errors in about the same amount of time. Not only that, it was $17 dollars cheaper than my registry cleaner! Go figure!

Can Error Smart do the job? You bet it can. And in addition, it comes with four extra features that some of the top brand registry cleaners don't include. It has a Full Registry Backup Utility, a Startup Program Manager, an Add/Remove Program Manager, and a Browser Helper Object Manager. When all is said and done, ErrorSmart is one complete registry repair utility that is well worth the money. It will give the Big Boys in the registry cleaning industry a real run for their money.

--
Don't believe me? I thought you might not.
Registry Easy Review — Registry Easy Really Is "Easy"

If you're looking for not only a dependable utility to clean and optimize your Windows registry but also a powerful program that almost over performs, then you're going to love Registry Easy. Not only is it easy to use, it truly works like a dream. Of all the registry cleaners we looked at, Registry Easy was far and away the one with not only the most power (it picked up 874 errors on our test machine) but the extra features built into this utility outstrip every other one that we looked at.

This registry utility could easily sell at twice the asking price it comes at. One of its best features are the Help files on the product site which are comprehensive and answer any question you might have about how this program can be used to its maximum effect. The only negative thing (if that can be said at all) about this program is that it may pick up too many errors. But then, it makes you wonder why the other programs don't operate with the same efficiency.

When you purchase this program, it comes with an unlimited one year upgrade license. And, it can be set to auto update the software. If you like to stay on the plus side of program updates, you also have the choice to purchase a three year extended license at a nominal price. This software's performance is constantly being upgraded by the manufacturer, so its likely you will really get your money's worth should you purchase the extended license. The only hitch is: it is a one time offer.

Registry Easy gets its name from the ease that users (from advanced all the way down to novices) experience when they use the graphic interface to perform the different functions that come with this powerful cleaner. Navigation is a breeze. One of its extra features is called "Evidence Cleaner" which cleans the browser history, browser cache, and temporary system files.

The backup utility feature in Registry Easy, which allows you to back up the registry before scanning, will allow you to set a Windows Restore Point. No other registry cleaner that we looked at had such a feature. Within its Optimize System Toolkit, which is a set of five separate functions, it contains an excellent "System Optimizer" to tweak system memory; not only do you get your system registry repaired, but you can tweak its memory so that your computer works more efficiently and runs faster.

The good thing about all the extra features that come with Registry Easy is that they do not all need to be used. If you feel that the system does too good a job of clearing away what it considers to be junk files, you don't have to use that function. There may be files you wish to keep on the system for future reference. Yet it is nice to know that the capability to clean up these files is there just in case you should later change your mind.

--
For another opinion of this registry utility, you can visit Review of Registry Easy to read another evaluation of Registry Easy.
RegCure Review — Does This Cleaner Live Up To Its Name?

There are a lot of registry cleaners available on the market today. Not many can live up to the billing they are given by their promoters. Among the top utilities available for use today and one that has captured market popularity, is one called Regcure put out by the software utility company Paretologic. On further examination, it is obvious that this program's developers put a lot of thought and consideration into building this product, as it is very user friendly.

On a critical note, in comparison with other high end programs, Regcure does lack some of the extra features that other registry utilities come with. Yet with that said, it does contain all of the most popular features that any reputable registry cleaner would be expected to have. Not only that, but the in depth detail of its onboard Help files can assist any user to take full advantage of all the power that this program offers. Not only is it easy to navigate its user interface, but it easily gives the user all the information he needs to be able to run the program efficiently from the start.

Among the features Regcure does contain are a Backup and Restore utility, a Start up Manager, and a Custom Scan feature, something that most cleaners don't have. An automatic back up is created every time Regcure is used. If a file item is accidently deleted, it can easily be restored to save lost time and trouble. The user also has the capability to remove any unnecessary programs from the start up (initial boot process) which are not absolutely necessary to be running at start up, thus speeding up this process. With the Custom Scan feature the user can set the program up to run whenever they want. This can save time having to manually run a scan.

Regarding the question: Does this cleaner live up to its name? I can safely say that you won't ever regret using this program because it is one of the most thorough cleaners on the market. In a test run, it picked up 614 problems for fixing, the vast majority of them being in the Empty Registry Items area. With that amount of unnecessary entries being removed from a system's registry, there is little doubt that your machine will run faster and more efficiently.

Is Regcure the best registry cleaner on the market? Maybe not. Yet there's no denying that it certainly ranks up there with all the best performing utilities; plus it is backed up by excellent customer support. Whatever ails your present Windows computer registry can indeed be cured by Regcure. On that you can count!

--
For another opinion of this registry utility, you can visit Review of Regcure to read another evaluation of Regcure.
Registry Fix Review — Can You Go Wrong With This Cleaner?

I've been using Registry Fix by MovKit Software for over three years now on two different systems and have not experienced a bad moment using it. It finds and repairs an adequate number of PC registry errors, keeps my systems running at optimum performance, and its graphic user interface is easy to navigate. While this registry cleaner may not find and fix as many possible errors or inconsistencies as other cleaners, in testing it against some of the best in the industry, it more than holds its own finding and fixing errors that can slow a system down.

That said, do I think it's the best registry cleaner to be found on the market? Probably not. It's not even the least expensive. Although it does have many of the extra features that people have come to expect from a leading registry utility. Registry Fix comes with four onboard Advanced Options: a Browser Helper Object Manager for Internet Explorer, a Startup Program Manager, an Add/Remove Program Manager, and a Full Registry Backup Utility.

On the Pro side of the coin, Registry Fix is easy to use. It scans files relatively quickly (usually in under two minutes). It is very reliable in fixing all the essential problems that cause a system to become sluggish or slow to respond. Although it doesn't advertise having an optimizer tool, it kept my computer's registry compacted enough during two years of heavy usage such that the optimizer in another cleaner gave it a 99% optimization okay! So much for not having an optimizer feature.

On the Con side of things, the Registry Fix website is relatively bare of information about fixing registry problems and not very helpful in educating the potential user about registry problems. The help section in the program for users is not very detailed. Some people may also feel that it doesn't run a very comprehensive search for errors as it concentrates mostly on the high priority errors while the low priority error do not show up in its scans at all. But this latter item can be a red herring, leaving a wrong impression about this repair tool effectiveness.

Overall, a user will definitely not go wrong using the Registry Fix utility. While it's not very fancy and can tend to be on the pricey side, in overall performance it does a more than adequate job in maintaining a healthy registry, and with regular usage it will keep your system running smooth and error free.

--
For another opinion of this registry utility, you can visit Review of Registry Fix to read another evaluation of Registry Fix.
Registry Mechanic Review — Does It Stack Up Against the Hype?

Almost anywhere you go on the internet or on radio, you can see or hear ads about Registry Mechanic. It's one of the most advertised registry utilities on the market. If you ask, most computer users have either seen or heard an ad for this product, proclaiming its ability to clean up Windows registries. Put out by PC Tools, Registry Mechanic is one of the most recognized names in registry cleaners.

But how does this utility actually stack up against other industry leaders in its field? That's what this review of Registry Mechanic will attempt to answer.

One immediately noticeable plus is that it grades the files it targets for repair according to a priority grading scheme of low, medium, or high. This lets the user know which entries are more important to repair. It can also monitor your system's registry performance in real time from the system tray, in order to automatically prevent the build up of invalid files.

Reg Mechanic's DeepScan feature is quick and very thorough. On our test machine, it discovered a large amount of junk that had been left behind from both installation and uninstall applications, as well as recent internet activity. It found 380 errors from a variety of sources: Shared DLL, Start up, Add remove programs, Temp files/Shortcuts, Custom Controls, and DeepScan.

The system optimizer in Registry Mechanic includes five components: optimization, processes, performance, drive space, and system information. While it may be useful to have these elements all in one place, it might be argued that this part of the utility is window dressing. The optimization component offers to simply open the Windows Defrag application, while the processes section shows a carbon copy of the processes content from within Windows Task Manager.

When it comes to helping the user eliminate unnecessary programs from the boot start up sequence in order to speed this procedure up, Reg Mechanic, unlike other high end utilities in its class, lacks a feature that easily allows the user to manage their system's startup menu.

Another convenience tool that is lacking in Registry Mechanic is an individual error undo tool, which means that the user would have to restore all his data back to a specific point in time in order to restore one lost registry item. Other high end programs make a backup of the items being removed, which then can be easily restored should the system act up at the removal of something important.

Overall, though, Registry Mechanic does a more than adequate job of cleaning the registry, which after all is why people buy this registry cleaner. It contains an excellent online help files section and its graphic interface is easy to follow and to use. And while it does provide good value for the money, this utility does lack many features that come standard on comparable registry cleaners.

--
For another opinion of this registry utility, you can visit Review of Registry Mechanic to read another evaluation of Registry Mechanic.
RegClean Review — Is This Cleaner Worth The Money?

RegClean by 2Squared Software is a quick and efficient registry repair tool. It's not fancy; it won't tell you the severity level of the errors it finds. But it will find and eliminate a whole host of invalid registry entries while at the same time also compressing, defragging, and cleaning up your Windows registry. If what you want is the beef, then RegClean will deliver. If you'd also like a little lettuce and tomato with your beef along with a couple of hamburger buns, you may need to look elsewhere to find it.

Looking at this product in depth and comparing it to other registry cleaners on the market, RegClean lacks many of the extra features which come standard on these other registry utilities. Although it does have a Program Start Up Manager (to eliminate unnecessary programs from starting up during a Windows boot procedure) along with a Backup function should you need to restore a portion of the registry, two vital extras which are convenient to have and which most top-of-the-line cleaners also carry, these are about all it contains in extra features.

Next to the user friendly graphic interface, one of the good things about this program is its price. Because it doesn't carry many extra features, it comes with a modest price. If cleaning and maintaining the registry are the main concern you have, then this product may well fill that bill while leaving your pocketbook in tact. Also, its online Help files are very good and easily accessed from the user interface.

In our test machine scan, RegClean discovered 303 errors, which was more than our resident cleaner detected. If it's performance you're after, RegClean at least equals several other of the higher priced products in the number of errors it finds and fixes. In addition, with each scan, it will compress and defrag the registry. The bottom line: if your computer is slow, this cleaner can can kick butt and have your machine back up to speed in no time.

--
For another opinion of this registry utility, you can visit Review of RegClean to read another evaluation of RegClean.
Error Nuker Review — Is This Cleaner Too Expensive?

Designed and released by Trek Blue, Error Nuker weighs into the registry repair battle competition with a hefty $39.95 price tag. For that, you get an above average registry cleaner, while also receiving few extra frills. One of the extras it does contain is a Startup Manager, so that you can speed up the system boot process by eliminating little used or unnecessary programs from the start list. Though from all appearances in our tests, Error Nuker seems to error on the side of caution when it comes to finding and fixing registry problems.

One reason for this is that it relies on the Windows Registry Repair Algorithm (WRRA) to make sure that it doesn't remove a Windows registry key if there is a chance that it might hurt your system. It therefore comes as no surprise that of all the registry cleaners we looked at, it consistently found the fewest errors of the bunch on our test machine, kind of making its name ironic. Yet, it never failed to speed up the performance of our machine.

One plus about this product is that the purchaser will receive free program updates and customer support for the life of the product. It also allows for custom scans as well as automatic scans. It contains a Backup and Undo Manager just in case it eliminates a necessary registry entry. With its built-in Scheduler, you can schedule the program to scan your PC on a regular basis to ensure that you're always running at optimum performance.

If you are a hands on user, Error Nuker gives you only a vague description of the error location without granting direct access to the error so it may be altered or fixed. A key safety distinction lacking in this product is a severity ranking feature for the errors it finds; although, to be fair, this seems to be the case with several of the registry cleaners we looked at. The program can also be set up to retrieve automatic updates.

Overall, Error Nuker is an adequate program for finding and eliminating registry errors. You won't go wrong using this program on your machine. And while it contains some of the more popular auxiliary capabilities, you may find that for the price, you might have done better with another product.

--
For another opinion of this registry utility, you can visit Review of Error Nuker to read another evaluation of Error Nuker.
Futures Trading Systems — 60 Minute Trader Review

Playing the futures market in commodities trading as a speculator can be quite a gamble if you don't know what you are doing. Futures trading analysis depends upon many factors in today's global marketplace. Some of these factors include the changing trends in the weather, reports from market exchanges, and current political news. If you're going to be a successful futures trader, you need to have and follow a system that will assure you of success.

Speculators trade the futures market for the profit they can gain through predicting the movements in the market. They have no interest in buying or using the commodities in which they speculate. Their interest is in buying the commodity "on paper" and selling it for a profit.

Because successful trading in the futures markets can be so difficult, it is beneficial to have or be using a system designed to take advantage of certain trends in the marketplace. One such system is called the 60 Minute Trader. It was designed by a long-time futures trader who, like many others, figured out how to make successful trades based upon certain market conditions.

The system's developer, Chris Kobewka, will take you step by step through the very thought processes he personally uses in order to successfully trade the futures market. A few of the things he covers are: understanding the basics of how the market works; how to make money in a bear market; how to trade effectively, commission-free; learn what to trade and why; how to anticipate market trends; and learn about the real factors that drive the markets.

One of the advantages of this trading system is that it utilizes one specific time to trade during the trading day. This allows the trader to make his trade and not be tied down to his computer all day to monitor subsequent trades. The trader gets his trading signals and makes his trades during one part of the day, then he's done and can go on to take care of other business of the day. For those who wish to utilize it, the system does include a trading method for day trading, though this is not generally recommended for inexperienced traders.

The trading method that Chris teaches is easy to follow and easy to implement. Although using this system may not make you big money, it will, over time, be a consistent winner, getting you in and out of successful trades. As one successful student using the 60 Minutes Trader has said, "This system is the only one that I am currently using and have been doing for the past several months. It works, is fully back testable, and the results are truly amazing."

--
To learn more about this futures trading system, you can read a further opinion at Review of the 60 Minute Trader.
Are you able to remain calm and unemotional and to look objectively at the criteria at hand when you are trading the currency exchange markets? If not, you may wish to look into Avi Frister's Forex Trading Machine system to help take the human error factor out of your trading pattern. Frister, who has been successfully trading for more than ten years now, has designed a forex trading strategy that uses only one major factor in its trading algorithm: that of price and where the price is headed.

Actually, the name Frister chose for his strategy — Forex Trading Machine — is an apt description of the system itself, which is totally mechanical, meaning no interpretation, no confusion, no judgment, no tricks, and no vague chart formations. Combine that with principles which are easy to learn but extremely difficult to spot and interpret in real time, and you've got the essence of Frister's trading system.

In his 180+ page ebook, Avi Frister presents three different forex trading strategies based solely around a mechanical model of trading. The focus of his book is on strict entry and exit rules and looking only at Price Action. Since price is king in forex trading, you are more likely to be profitable trading currencies basing your buy and sell decisions on what price is doing rather than trying to interpret indicators which are mostly all lagging. This is not a system for the squeamish.

Of the three strategies for trading, the Cash Cow strategy is the most popular because it bases itself on the volatility of two major trading currencies: the U.S. Dollar and the Great Britain Pound. One reason why many like this trading strategy is because it only identifies three or four trading situations per month, which allows you the freedom to do other things besides looking at your computer screen all day.

If you have the time and enjoy day trading, then the Flip & Go strategy may be more to your liking. It shows you how to take advantage of a certain characteristic of the EUR/USD pair — the most liquid of all currency pairs. Large profit objectives and VERY small stop losses are the objectives of this trading strategy.

A mechanism that Avi created allows you to stay out of bad trades before you even know you are in a bad trade. Once 90% of traders realize the market has started moving in a certain direction, you will already be in the move and profiting from it. While most traders will struggle in choppy market days (and lose money in the process) Forex Flip & Go will keep you out of this pattern.

If there is one weakness in the strategies that Frister recommends, especially for those new to currency trading, it is in the non farm payroll strategy, which comes as a bonus with the program. Inexperienced traders would do well to gain some experience with this kind of trading opportunity before jumping in with both feet. If you know what you're doing, and what signs to look for, then this can be a profitable trade. But if you don't, the volatility inherent in such trades can dry up any profit you might have thought to have made.

--
To learn more about this forex trading system, you can read a further opinion at Review of the Forex Trading Machine.
"Are you looking for a simple forex trading system that can pull in cold hard cash constantly. . . regardless that you have no experience or knowledge in trading? Are you ready to discover a secret trading system that requires very little time to apply. . . yet guarantees huge profits?" So begins the sales page for David Chia's Combo Profit System for forex traders. Bold claims to be sure. But how do these claims stand up in the light of day?

One thing which a few of the actual users of this system agree upon is the fact that it is a simple system. The information in the multiple ebooks that come with the Combo Profit System cover the basics of forex trading for those who know nothing at all about trading the foreign exchange currency market. That said, though, the information is nothing unusual that cannot be found elsewhere less expensively. That the material is aimed specifically at beginners goes without saying. This is to say that if you are a veteran of forex trading, then you probably won't find anything unusual or exclusive in the material. No "secrets" in other words.

As for the actual forex trading system itself, it is split up into three sections the first of which covers the technical charting aspects of trade analysis. In it the author explains candlestick formations, chart patterns, pivot points, and technical indicators. The second section covers money management and trading psychology. Stop losses, moving stops, and winning trader psychology are covered here. The third section details the author's combo trade system which uses a combination of moving averages, technical indicators, candlesticks, and fibonacci projection.

One reviewer of this system, experienced in forex trading himself, was amazed at the complexity of information being thrown at the inexperienced trader who might pick up this program. While he was able to understand and comprehend the material, it was his opinion that a newbie might have some trouble grasping some of the rather subjective nuances of the trading analysis. Because of this, in his opinion, he wouldn't characterize the system as being "easy to understand and easy to use." Yet, to be fair, it does include membership in an online forum where members are able to ask questions and receive clarification about their specific problems and misapprehensions.

The Combo Profit System comes with the following items:

E-book detailing the Combo Profit System

E-book Forex Online Manual

Meta Expert Advisor of the Combo Profit System

Free Membership to FX Nation

Four Self-Help Books

Three Trading Videos

E-book detailing Penny Stock Trading System

Plus more bonus informational E-books

--
To learn more about this forex trading system, you can read a further opinion at Review of the Combo Profit System.
