Are you looking to get traffic to your web site? Well you have a very difficult job on your hands. You can purchase lots and lots of advice on how to do this but a strongly believe the only way to do it is to sit down at your computer open up your word processor and start to write.

OK I hear you say but what can I write about and even if I can do that how do I get people to read it.

Well you are reading this so what's the reason you are reading it?

Something must have got your interest in the first place, what was it?

Was it the head line? Was it the first sentence? Or was it the general content?

What ever the reason you will most probably have an interest in this subject if not then what is the reason? Only you can answer that, when you have the reason write it down and that could then be the starting point for your first or next article.

Well that wasn't to hard was it and you are now on your way.

The next thing you need is content, well you could join lots and lots of different clubs and purchase content, you could look in the public domain for different articles or you could pay someone to write the article for you. The problem is the any of they will either cost you money and or time.

My personal opinion is that when you are starting out is to have a good look at private label products you will find lots of these articles, all you have to do is have a good read and get lots of different ideas in your head on your chosen subject ad start to write.

When you are done start submitting your articles, if you do one every two weeks you will be amazed how the build up and if after twelve months you have twenty five different articles out their and each one gets hit five times each day that would be forty five thousand six hundred and twenty five hits per year and if only one percent went to your web page that would have generated four hundred and fifty six new visitors and all you have done is written and submitted twenty five articles over a twelve month period.

The good part about that is it only cost you time, good look and enjoy

--

Trevor Jeffrey spends most of his spare time on the computer just giving out as much information as he can on varied subjects that he hopes will interest and be of help to as maney people as possible.

The reason he started doing this was after he stopped doing his proper job (sales management for 30 years) He found out his brain was stopping to work, so he just started doing what he does now.

Have a look at what he has to offer

http://www.free

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

Private label rights

Private label rights

You can find lots of Private label rights on the internet, some are free of charge and others could cost you a substantial amount.

What you need to do is give great consideration into what you want the Private label rights for, and how you will use them for the purpose you have in mind.

When you have decided which Private label rights you want and what you are going to do with them, you must check the terms of any private label product licence, because they do vary in what they let you do, but generally products that give you private label rights, or PLR, can be branded as your own.

Now you have your PLR you will have to do some work on them, there is very little point in say submitting PLR unless you have done a substantial amount of rewriting them, if for example you just submit PLR to a ezine article publisher they will more than likely reject you article because the possibility will be that it will have been submitted by someone else.

But if you are using them on your blog they would be ok, but then the search engines may see them as duplicate copy and you will be back to square one.

So the best thing to do in general is to rewrite a good proportion of the PLR and just use the article as the bases for your own article.

Another option is to use a ghost-writer, but you must know what you are doing. For example you must ensure that you own the PLR to any product you have written. No point in having something written specially for your specific purpose then the writer selling it on to other people, you would of course be back at square one.

Yet another good way to generate quality articles for your ezine or website would be to interview someone about the subject you are interested in, then write a copy of the interview and then post that.

Private Label Rights gives you a powerful way to leverage your time and efforts so you may continue to offer exceptional customer service while not being distracted by the task of writing a newsletter every two weeks.

Private label rights articles are a good way to maintain a bank of continually-fresh content for your page that's pre-optimized.

Some product owners, however, are giving Private Label and Master Resell Rights to the giveaway product just to create list. However, even if some people contend that it is totally unethical for a person to sell the private label rights for his creations, one cannot simply surmise the fact that engaging into this kind of activity is also beneficial to the seller especially if the product is already nearing the closing stages of its "market life.

With any of the above private label rights mediums, you could be opening the doors for massive earning potential for your business. Having private label rights gives you ownership and the right to PLR products, as well as the right to make changes on these products, as you may wish.

But my personal belief is that you are first of all you should be writing your own products, or at least obtaining some PLR products and use them as the backbone of your article.

This way you will start to become an expert in your subject and the more you do the easer it will become and the faster you will become at producing articles.

Get more information at http://www.freeplr.co.uk

Source: http://www.articletrader.com

You will find at the end of this report a list of NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODS

Before you go to the list lets consider what this actually means. Is there such a thing as negative calorie, well the answer to that is no, the reason for that is that a calorie is a unit of heat and so for that reason it cannot be negative. So when we talk about negative calorie food we just mean food whose calorie level is that low that it takes more energy to eat and digest than the actual calories in the food itself, thus creating a negative calorie intake.

You could consider water to be a food, well cold water would be certainly a negative calorie one. In fact it contains no calories and the body then as to use energy to bring it up to your blood temperature. The fact is every time you drink cold water you burn up a small quantity of calories and therefore lose a little weight.

As you may know there are very few foods like this. The majority of foods on the list does not use more calorie than they add, but if they do the effect is negligible, but you then must remember that the body expends energy just to keep alive. For example celery will not give you enough calories to cover the energy it takes to digest it, plus the energy you use even when doing nothing. So that is why people call it negative calorie food

Why are negative calorie foods, most attractive to anorexics? A negative calorie diet would obviously result in starvation in the long term and nutritional deficiencies can occur surprisingly quickly. The calories burnt usually come from muscle mass, and the result is debility and wasting.

A negative calorie diet can be used in a more healthy way as a form of fasting or detox. It is something you can do for one to three days right after the Christmas season or another time when you have been eating an over-rich diet. But you must be a healthy person and it can be a great way to clean out the system. However it is still best to take medical advice before attempting this.

If you decide to use a negative calorie detox, keep the following points in mind:

1. Do not spend all day eating. You will just become bloated and feel sick. If you are only doing this for a couple days, you should not feel too hungry. Plan four or five salad meals each day, and let your digestion rest at other times.

2. It is never a good idea to eat huge quantities of one type of food, especially fruits. A lot of foods contain substances that can be damaging if consumed to excess. For example, the acid in grapefruit and pineapple can damage your stomach lining. Other foods put an excessive burden on the liver or may cause diarrhea. So try to use all the different foods in small quantities.

3. Schedule time when you do not have any important commitments. As with fasting or any kind of detox, you may suffer some uncomfortable symptoms including headaches, tiredness, depression and irritability. If these become severe, stop the diet and see a doctor.

4. You will feel more satisfied if you eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly. You will also use more calories that way. So if the foods can be eaten raw, that will be more effective than cooking them. Foods like carrots and beets will also be more satisfying if you eat them grated.

5. When you end the detox, plan a gradual return to normal eating.

If all the above points are checked and passed, let's move on to the list of foods.

    * Apples

    * Asparagus

    * Beets

    * Blueberries

    * Broccoli

    * Cantaloupes

    * Carrot

    * Cauliflower

    * Celery stalk

    * Celery root

    * Cranberries

    * Cucumbers

    * Eggplant

    * Endives

    * Garden cress

    * Garlic

    * Grapefruit

    * Green beans

    * Green cabbage

    * Lamb's lettuce

    * Lemons

    * Lettuce

    * Onions

    * Papayas

    * Pineapples

    * Prunes

    * Radishes

    * Raspberries

    * Spinach

    * Strawberries

    * Tangerines

    * Tomatoes

    * Turnips

    * Zucchini

Please use this free list of negative calorie foods wisely.

get lots more information join us at http://www.fatclub.org.uk

Have a look at what he has to offer!

Source: http://www.articletrader.com
