Most people know that a massage is good for easing one's pain but they never really considered it as therapeutic. Of course, anyone can perform a massage, which is simply applying pressure or tension on various parts of the body, either manually with one's hands or feet, or with mechanical aids. As a therapeutic device, a massage can effectively heal injuries and remove pain, ease one's psychological stress and improve the overall circulation of blood. There is even a technical term for massage which is used specifically for physical and psychological benefits. The term is "therapeutic massage therapy" or manipulative therapy.

As a commercial undertaking, a massage often involves having a client lie or sit down on a massage table or chair or perhaps even a mattress on the floor. He is generally naked except perhaps for a towel or sheet to keep him warm. In some countries, it is mandatory to have the genitals covered during a massage. The treatment begins with the client facing up or down for the first part of the massage and then he rolls over for the second and last part of the massage.

One of the most popular types of massage is the Swedish massage which makes use of flowing strokes that generally head towards the direction of the heart. These strokes are categorized into six basic types: effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, compression and vibration. The masseuse applies oil, lotion or cream on the body in order to minimize friction and allow the execution of smooth strokes. It is called the Swedish massage because it is believed to have started with the Swedish fencing master and gymnastics teacher Pehr Henrik Ling (1776-1839). However, according to some historians, it was actually a Dutchman named Johan Georg Mezger (1838-1909) who originated the basic strokes of the Swedish massage and later on adopted the French names for these strokes.

1. Biological and Physiological needs - air, food, drink, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep, etc.

Ok so our main concern here is Sex. It is evident that a bad sex life could lead to a bad relationship and marriage. There are many things that contribute to a bad sex life for instance; either partner is not getting enough, men orgasm too quickly etc. It is also a fact that women takes a longer time to reach an orgasm and most men do not have the stamina

It's very normal for men to reach orgasm five minutes after the start of intercourse when it continues. Overall, it takes women longer to reach orgasm than men, particularly if intercourse is all that's going on (and a majority of women -- around 70% in most studies -- won't reach orgasm from intercourse alone no matter how long it goes on for). The Kinsey Institute states that 75% of all males reach orgasm within 2 minutes of the start of intercourse. When people talk about sex going on for hours and hours, they usually are either a) talking about more than just one session of vaginal intercourse, or b) seriously fibbing.

As well, when women get really turned on by their partner's pleasure, it will tend to arouse them more and thus, get them closer to orgasm and can make reaching orgasm easier. Let's bear in mind that you're telling me that not using a condom isn't the only difference here: you also feel differently about this girl than you have other partners, and heightened emotions tend to equal heightened arousal.

You might point out that when she reaches orgasm relatively quickly, she probably isn't worried about anything: she just knows she was obviously really turned on and that whatever she was doing obviously felt really good! It certainly doesn't mean YOU aren't turned on, after all, nor that you're not interested in sex with her. It also doesn't have to mean any sex you're both having needs to end, if she really isn't finished: after all, your penis isn't the only sex organ you have, you've got hands, a mouth, a whole body to work with and that you seem to already know is enjoyable for you both.

You don't have anything to prove, and if you did, I'm not sure how your penis could prove it for you, any more than the nose on your face could prove anything. :) Being mad at yourself is pretty unproductive, and someone resenting themselves or their bodies, or feeling they have to prove something to themselves or anyone else during sex certainly isn't going to add anything fantastic to your sex life.

I am reviewing the infamous and much-loved Fleshlight. If there's any other sex-toy out there with even half the marketing behind it I'd be surprised. The official website, the instructional videos, even the toy design itself screams polish... but how does all this really add up when it comes to polishing the ol' pole? Read on and find out.

The idea is very unique, so unique that I'm almost convinced that it was created during some half-baked, pot-induced discussion.

It's half penis sleeve, half flashlight.

Fortunately for us the "flashlight part" does not produce light, but instead is the foundation and exterior appearance of the toy. It even has a screw-on cap to complete the look. From a distance it's a flashlight, though not a wimpy household flashlight, but one of the much larger ones used for very deep spelunking. How appropriate! That's exactly what you'll be doing!

The toy measures 9 ½ inches (with cap), and a good 8 inches of that is available past the beautifully crafted vulva (or mouth, or other orifice). It's made out of a next generation “patented” fleshy material which is easy to take out (and re-insert) by hand and reminds me of holding a bass (strange...). After cleaning it you may want to leave it out to dry. If you don’t you’ll find it wet next time due to its sealed environment.

The material has density to it and I’m pretty sure some calculus too. I took the fleshy interior and set it just above the flashlight opening and let go. The ribs jutting out below the “head” of the soft interior actually bend at the same time, turning it, and nearly doing a complete corkscrew to put it back into the flashlight.

As nifty as it is though I was a little let down because the original version seems to be an older one that is smooth through its entirety. It hugs nicely, but stroking into it does not meet with any resistance except for the vulva’s entrance. The newer models look to have the same smart engineering applied to the inside as I’ve mentioned about the soft outside. I suggest that you call the retailer and verify that the interior is ribbed or buy directly from the official site.

Two more things to note…

• It needs liberal amounts of lubrication. I have a theory that it either 1) moves a lot of it into the back of the product or 2) that the “patented” material warps all modern lubrication into a different time/space dimension that humans have yet to discover.

• Like most penis sleeves, if you are uncircumcised, you will probably need a condom as it may become uncomfortable.

In conclusion I‘d like to say that I think the Fleshlight is a better purchase than any other sleeve device on the market right now. I’ve used others, in particular the large, more expensive body molds and I don’t feel that they can compete with the simplicity and ingenuity of this sex toy. I’ve told you what I think are the pros and cons, keep in mind that mine loses points for being the 1.0 version as well, but they are still solid products and I’m still keeping mine in the rotation.
