The conference should produce different results. Conference questions should be resolved. This may include the concerns of classification or behavioral problems.

In addition, the conference should provide effective means for future communication tool for teachers, schools and parents. Objectives should be in regular contact, guidance and agreed resolutions. At the end of the conference is the exact plan that all parties agree. Post Conference should establish communication between parent and teacher. If problems are not resolved, you should request a new conference, through the principal or vice principal.

Above all, both must understand that the success of the child's main concern and all efforts to that end should be investigated.
