Water4Gas Scam Is This Water Powered Car Kit a ScamSubmitted by mark@getoffgrid.com Fri, 9 May 2008
The Water4Gas Scam is the fastest growing scam. Over-hyped products have never been a rarity on the web. The truth is Only a hand full stand above the crowd from the millions of scams that exploit peoples susceptibility to ludicrously high gas prices, making themselves wealthy.
So, what's the real word on the Water4Gas Scam? What do you get, how does it work, and what is it? Let's start what it is not. You won't be able to stop using gasoline 100%. And it does not claim to. (it does include a dozen plans to 100% water powered car plans, but the everyday non-engineer will not be able to build it. The other main problem is this is NOT a kit, but plans to the gizmo but you still have tomake it. The last and most formidable problem is it takes some mechanical ability to build. (NOTE: ALL assembly required.) It took me an evening to manufacture it. Luckily, it only required basic tools, with the exception of maybe a soldering iron. Now, what do you get? Lots of promises, like huge fuel savings, increased engine life, less pollutants, more power, and less wear on pistons. (Read on to see if they're true.) I am sick of scams. The Water4Gas scam did look possible. It includes several books (which you have to print yourself, or read on your computer, another downfall.) One is the directions to five different devices you can put together to save gasoline. The others only compliment the main device. The second book contains quite a bit of information to supplement the instruction book. You also get information on how to get the IRS to pay for your modifications to your vehicle. Two freebies they throw in are over 1,000 pages of forgotten energy saving inventions and secrets, plans to 12 completely water powered car designs. One of the best things you get is access to a members only area (but you have to buy the book to get in..bummer). The members area has ready to install kits you can buy if you don't want to build your own, at a tremendous discount. You can share with other people from over 50 countries who have already bought and installed the device. Again, you have to buy the book first, to participate. So, what does it do? In short, it uses your battery to remove hydrogen from water. It blends the hydrogen with your gasoline in your engine, burning the gasoline more efficiently, thus saving you money. So, is the Water4Gas scam, the real deal or not? The simple fact is, at least in this case, people yell scam because they don't bother to educate themselves first. Are there charlatans out there, yes. I anticipated on getting ripped off when I bought it. However upon reviewing the instructions and books, I thought, maybe it will work. So, I spent $57 and constructed the device and installed it. I am not as ambitious as some of the people on the forums. Consequently, I did not double my fuel efficiency, I only increased just over 50%. 21 mpg to 33 mpg, in my car. Not bad. Is it a scam? No. Over 15,000 people have downloaded the eBook in over 50 countries. I'm asking why isn't this headline news everywhere? So, about the Water4Gas scam. You do have choices. One believe what you have always believed, and keep paying too much for gas (Shell needs to make a profit you know), or two take action. You don't have to be a billionaire to make a difference. You can help design the future, one car at a time. About the AuthorSource: ArticleTrader.com ![]() Comments
