The holidays are the best excuse to fill you home with guilty pleasures: rich food, extravagant desserts and over the top decorations. Here is when a good advice comes handy... This time a year we tend to over-decorate and there is a fine line between dazzling and clutter. With all the Christmas's elements, flowers can really help to harmonize and balance your decor. The flower icons for Christmas are: mistletoe, holly, poinsettias and of course Christmas trees. Don't be afraid to add a touch of freshness and liveliness to it with candy cane color carnations, hollies and fresh pine branches. Wreaths could also be made with live flowers. (why not?) It won't matter when they go dry, the effect will be magnificent. There is nothing more inviting to a magical Christmas than gifts wrapped in snowy, silvery-blue, green and red papers. Replace bows with a coquette bouquet of flowers and just wait: the look on your loved ones faces will be frozen in time forever. Bliss will follow.
