Aggressive outbursts have become one of the most common things today amongst people having different occupations and responsibilities. May it be a senior HR of a renowned company or a simple housewife, aggressive outbursts have become a very common thing. Being aggressive, high tempered or stressed out due to excess work or rising pressures is not something that only you might be facing. But, with a higher and better job position, we give our entireselves to our work which thus results into increased stress and other related problems.
