It is really difficult to live without our past events in this life and as I was doing so, I figured my self out all through my schooling life in those learning institutions.

One of the positive things I remember being said often by our high school principle is this “ please value these guidance and counseling sessions we provide here, for as you go out to the world, from this stage, no one will care to offer more”.

Now that I am done with my college education and out of my parent’s nest, I realize there is another degree in the school of life that I am yet to earn.

There is no a learning physical setup that I have to visit regularly, no teachers to pull my ears when I mess, no books and pens required of me nor are there grades to show how well I shine from the rest.

There are no scheduled curriculums for the student to know how much of a particular subject they are supposed to cover at a given time.

As well, there are no levels of learning as with the formal learning so as to know that when you succeed in one, you automatically head to the next.

This school of life has uncountable new lessons learned from challenges, problems, hardships, extravagance, fame and money, great and successful careers and the list is surely endless.

I do not even think there exist a single human being that can emerge successful completely ahead of their demise, for in this school, we remain students forever.

At the institutions of learning, our school reports could help us track our negative or positive progress and rectify it, but in the school of life, there are no records but survival testimonies to tell others.

Lessons in this form of school start when we first go through problems and hardships on our own and then we realize that our college degrees were just a beginning to succeed in the next invisible school.

It is at this time when we wish we could have another chance to listen to the same advice we once were forced to in the past.

We regret from having been rebellious students or teens, for the lessons in this school of life are real not theories taught in formal classes.

Someone might have mentioned about the knowledge of financial management that you thought was just another terrible story for your ears back then.

Today you may be alone like me, with your little or big salary, and no one is interested in how you spend it or to advice on the best investment strategies, but when you are a messed up addict, they will pity or laugh at you.

If you choose to use it on buying services from prostitutes, no one cares what consequences you will face from this, because this invisible school of life has incredible freedom.

Your teachers in the formal learning used to give you punishments, but these are nothing comparable to those suffered by students of this other unavoidable school.

Lessons come as challenges to test our abilities and we fail more than we pass and there are no papers given for this success, in fact, extra mentally, physically and financially draining tribulations will come up in the course of life.

It is from this time that we do not only think about knowing when doing right or wrong but actually forced to work on it by the tests of life.

Those who score better in this school, learn to live each day at a time whether they are poor, average or rich and accept personal responsibilities for their actions too.
