Random Calls of Inspiration and Encouragement

It is important that we encourage one another. A mentor and friend of mine in the home based business industry, at one time, taught us a method of encouraging members of our team using “Random Calls of Inspiration and Encouragement”. It was a whole lot of fun as well as inspiring to each of us.

Here is what we had to do. At least once a week, we were to make a personal call to each team member and read to them three of the following twelve affirmations. We also began each call by inserting their first name making them very personal to each team member. The following week we would chose three more affirmations and again place calls to each member of our team. Naturally we spoke sincerely from our heart to each person.

We were also told that when we received these calls, we were not to have any conversations. We would just allow our team members to say the affirmations to us and take it all in and then hang up. Also if we reached answering machines, we left messages.

We continued this for a period of ninety days. You wouldn’t believe the results! We were all uplifted emotionally by one another and we formed bonds that allowed us to work more closely as a team. We all profited both spiritually and emotionally.

Here is a list of affirmations one can use to bond their team together using the Random Calls of Inspiration and Encouragement method. Take it seriously as it does work but have fun!

1. Name, you begin each day with a clear mind and a specific plan to get the most from your time and your effort. Name, you always follow your plan and reach your goals.

2. An accurate description of you, Name would include the words professional, hard-working, qualified, skillful, energetic, organized, and highly successful.

3. You Name are good at persuading others to your point of view. That is because you first and always recognize and understand the point of view of the individual to whom you are presenting your ideas, product, or service.

4. Name you have learned to listen to not only the words being said but you also are able to hear the unspoken thoughts which lie behind them.

5. Name, you are always prepared. You take the time to do things right!

6. In everything you do, Name you are prepared, confident, self-assured and successful.

7. You Name always take care of the details in you work and you always tend to them on time and with full attention.

8. Name you are always professional and effective in your approach to others.

9. Name you deserve to have the opportunities you create. You know that success in business starts with seeing yourself as the capable, productive individual that you are.

10. You Name are always honest and sincere. You believe that all achievement begins with trust, skill and determination.

11. You Name have made a decision to take control of your life once and for all and no one can stop you now.

12. You Name are organized, excited and committed to your business and your life!

You may need to re-write most of these affirmations to use at home with your family but it would benefit any family to speak words of affirmations over one another. It could change your whole life. If they can work in the home based business arena in assisting everyone to feel more confident and inspired, they sure can work at home as well.
