Easy Astral Projection

Easy astral projection is quite achievable - I mean easy in the sense that it does not have to be a struggle. The process need not be entangled in complicated techniques and apprehensions. What matters most is our own trust of self, our ability to relax and our sense of adventure! This being said, there is also a tool I have found to be most beneficial in my experiments with astral projection : binaural beats.

Binaural beats are special sound waves that, when listened to in headphones, influence the frequencies being generated by the brain. They work by stimulating the brain into producing the same vibrations that it would produce during altered states of consciousness - such as astral projection. As the brain gently alters the frequencies it emits and the consciousness of the individual alters with it, it becomes much more easy to induce conscious out of body experiences.

It is still necessary to be present and pay attention to the process - the binaural beats are not doing all the work for us - but instead of getting caught up in technicalities we can simply tune into these sounds and allow the process to unfold. Our biggest task, then, becomes this allowing and this is a meaningful skill to build in relation to all matters of spirituality and altered states of consciousness. It is also possible to combine these sounds with any astral projection technique or visualization if desired - they make such techniques work more effectively.

Early on in my life, most of my experiences with altered states of consciousness, including lucid dreams and astral projections, happened spontaneously without any conscious involvement on my part. It was easy. Later on, trying to induce these experiences consciously proved to be more difficult. Binaural beats are extremely useful in that they are showing the way to the brain, so to speak, and we only need to follow. They make astral projection easy again.
