Transcendence Of The Running Commentary Of The Mind

Transcendence of the running commentary of the mind comes about through you no longer feeding this mind with the energy of who "you" are - as if "you" were what you are flowing through. Unconsciously, this is what you are up to.

"You" – at this current stage of your unfoldment of incarnating into physical manifestation - is trying to be something that is not "you" and this activity is what gives to this aspect of the mind something that does not rightly belong to it.

In response to "you" trying to be who you think you are the mind is fed the energy of this one that enlivens all and as a result of that the mind has grown to become the informancy of this mindbody that it governs. This is not its rightful place.

The mind has served you well. It has brought about a necessary and major transformation of the incarnatory process of the mindbody which is a vehicle for this "you" - that you are ever so slowly beginning to hear murmurs about. It brought about the evolution of the animal body to the mindbody.

This evolution of the transcendence of the running commentary of the mind into the greater mind comes about not through you gaining more knowledge or you accumulating more or better belief systems. It comes about by the immediacy of you no longer attempting to be what this "you" is flowing through.

The evolution of the mindbody into the human being comes about through beingness.

Beingness is the conscious alignment of your attention to the infinity of this "you" of you that is already right here and flowing through the mindbody – which you would otherwise and momentarily mistake to be you. It is when you are completely at home and at rest in the perfection of all arising in any given moment – for this is who "you" are. It is when you are no longer mistaking yourself to be any arising at all, completely clear in "you" while finding yourself still flowing through this mindbody that you find your self so intimately involved with – without any paradox to any of it.

Transcendence of this chattering mind, that you do not have to be in conflict with for it is not the enemy, brings about the incarnation of the beauty of the heart.

The heart will flower more into beingness through beingness – you being who "you" are. The heart will not flower more into beingness through you trying to be who you think you are, through you attempting to add more to what is already not true of "you".

The busyness of your daily living will continue to distract you from recognising who "you" are on a momentary basis until you become stable in the realization of this "you" of you, until you hunger for the freedom of this "you" more than you are willing to settle for the less of who you think you are and its mind informancy.
