Put a mirror on the desk can really ease fatigue

Working areas are often divided in many blocks in the high office building. For the office guys all your jobs are done around your desk. You might get all hung up by the narrow space, depressive environment and then lead to decreased working efficiency. Do you always wanna to find a release way? Well you are lucky enough.

According to the SELF magszine, Put a mirror on your desk can really decrease your pressure and increase your working efficiency.

A research from Harvard university shows that looking at oneself in the mirror can really cultivate one's confidence from the standpoint of psychology. When you are in some difficult situations about your work or have a bad mood just take a look in the mirror about yourself. It can effectively alleviate the mental stress and emotional upset. Do not look down that kind of movement. When you finish that you can find the thing you were anti about before turns to be reasonable and you have passion to complete it.

In addition looking in the mirror for a while can also relief your tired of using eyes according to the principle of reflection. Since the office area is small and through the mirror you can see double wider spaces it can really open your eye sight and relax it.

Anyway mirror ways to ease fatigue is just one method to improve your working life. People can create or find much more efficient ways like that as long as they have needs.
