Underpants or underwear are a part of clothing worn within the other clothing and it is close to the skin. They prevent the outer clothing from getting soiled because of urine, perspiration, semen etc and also provide the body a shape and support too. Long underpants are worn during cold weather and this gives added warmth to the body. Then there are some kinky ones providing effects for eroticism. Specialised underpants are also available having some significance on the basis of any particular religion. There are some types of clothing that are designed like underwears, like shorts can also be worn as outside clothing. As per the discretion of materials used, they can also be doubled as swimsuits or nightwear.

Underpants for the men are in the form of boxer briefs, boxer shorts and briefs too. Then these are also available of the unisex variety that can be worn by both men and women, for example, g-strings, thongs and bikini. They are also known as underwear, underclothing or underclothes as per the formal aspects. Various countries have their own terms for them, like in Australia it is known as Reg Grundys or Reginalds, in UK underpants are called smalls, drawers, pants or shorts.

There are many reasons why underpants are worn. Like they prevent the outer clothes from being dirtied, provides support and shape. Then they also provide protection and support, while playing any type of sports like in the case of trunks or jockstraps for the men's underpants. These underwears are the present and the most stylised invention is where there is the presence of pockets for the scrotum. Men's underpants are amongst their personal and intimate articles. There are naturalists who are of the opinion that men should not wear underpants as they would feel relieved and not be entangled by them. But they are personal and important for the men folks.

Men's underpants are under two classifications, one is the rectangular one and the other is the triangular one. There is a difference in each of them on the basis of their shapes. The rectangular ones have the presence of sleeves and are designed, so that the wearer can wear it loosely. The triangular men's underpants are without the sleeves and have the designed that makes them fit closely on the lower zone of the body. Men prefer both and most of them are not concerned about the comfort or shape of the underwear.

But there are problems present in both the types of men's underpants. Like the rectangular ones have central seams of conventional type and lines of sewing going way below. And the seams often rubs the groin, scrotum and therefore causing a feeling of discomfort.

The triangular type of men's underpants is close fitted ones and the scrotum is covered, so as to prevent the rubbing of the groin against the scrotum. But this type puts pressure on the scrotum towards the anus, thereby causing discomfort, especially if the person starts sweating. So, men should choose them keeping comfort as the top priority and then the rest would follow.

The fabric of mens underwears should have a stretchable property so that it can stretch and afford flexibility and ease of movement. Many of the underpants can also double up as Men's Underpants and vice versa. Please visit us at http://www.1underwearstore.com
