The Demand For Avirex

Submitted by jeffbabasa

There are many kinds of clothing brands today that offers some of the most unique collections of apparel. One good example is Evisu Genes that captured the imagination of the detail-obsessed Japanese fashion crowd, spurring a revival of interest in vintage denim which has now spread across the world. Another one is Mudd Jeans in which gained its popularity when they introduced their affordable flare-leg jean which was a popular style at the time. These kinds of clothing lines became popular in its time because they offered just what the crowd has been demanding or looking for. One particular clothing brand that became popular for this reason is Avirex. Visit an online wholesale clothing shop to learn how you can buy wholesale avirex collections for less.

Avirex is an American urban clothing brand founded by Jeff Clyman in 1975. Today's collection of Avirex clothing lines includes girl's jackets and reversible vests, caps, denim pants or jeans, sweaters and hoodies, tee shirts, polo, polo-shirts, shorts, and most especially leather jackets. But before offering these wide range of apparel, Avirex only started with its unique collections of jackets. Jeff Clyman, Avirex' founder, first started the business because of people having so much interest in his collection of flight jackets worn by his father in World War II. This fueled Jeff's imagination to manufacture a line of jackets inspired by World War II flight jackets.

Part of the apparel's success is its marketing strategy. It was in 2006 that Avirex brand was sold in three world regions, USA, Europe and Japan. Each are said to possess different sets of designs unique from each other. Each creates a clothing collection of which no products are shared with any other territory. The only similarities the products share are the ability to use the original artwork and logos created by Jeff Clyman, traditionally related to the brand. Looking for some wholesale avirex clothes? Then check out an online wholesale clothing shop to learn how.

As no exactly similar Avirex products are sold in more than one territory's collection, which region the specific product originated from can be quickly identified. Products of different territories cannot be imported and sold in others, and all Avirex must be purchased from the regional license holder. In America, the Avirex brand was owned by Mark Ecko Enterprises. But in 2006, all Avirex branded military and classic apparel was discontinued and transferred to a new Clymans company, Cockpit USA.
