Do you want to know the secret behind the greatness of English Cuisine? Well, this gustatory tradition is unique in a sense that, unlike Chinese cuisine which focuses mainly on strong herbal tastes and American Cuisine which particularly favors "calories" more than anything else (no offense meant), it tended to veer from strong flavours, such as garlic and avoid complex sauces. But aside from these, English Cuisine has established its presence in the world as well because of the country's quality kitchen utensils.

Do you think that the English will be able to invent a dish that's as perfect as The Sunday roast without an equally perfect oven? Or is it still possible for English chefs to make other heavenly batches of Christmas pudding during the holidays without the trusty laddle and Cheese cloth? Of course, all these dishes wouldn't have come to be in the first place without our locally-made kitchen utensils.

For instance, the durability and beauty of wood make it an attractive material for such tools. Wood tends to be less prone to harbor bacteria than some other materials such as plastic as well. And these characteristics of wood celebrate with our main goal in cooking – to prepare food that's strictly beneficial and healthy.

Also, steel is one of the most hygienic "mediums" for preparation of foods. We exclusively choose "fresh ingredients" for one reason: we care for our health and the health of our love ones. It's in our tradition to use only naturally produced ingredients for our and our family's gustatory satisfaction. But all these meticulous picking wouldn't make sense if we slack off during the preparation. But we don't want to, so we use wooden and steel kitchen utensils.

Now, do we need to argue more?
