Conflict Mangement.

An insight to what causes wars can help greatly in preventing it in the first place. understanding the building block as being a conflict and poor communication is just a tip of the icebag.The short term goal is therefor normally to stop war by identfying a resolution, long term goal should be to eliminate it or at least manage it.

Primary Socialization: Infants And Sibblings Conflicts(Rivally)

Conficts can be traced as far back as early days of life.When faced by conflicts, children result to crying, at a later age some temper tantrums.As other children are born in the family, the conflicts are manifested as sibbling rivally. The main conflict here is mainly to get attention and protection. If well managed, it prepares the child to secondary socialization normary at school.Serious conflicts if unresolved can lead to permanent envy or hatred with consequency like homicide.


School Age Conflict (gangsters)

If the above was resolved child progress well in next stage. School age creates a new set of needs. Here the child wants to belong to a group. Children with similar needs gang together.This in itself ends in rival gangs who starts competing.If undesirable activities are observed and dealt with by responsible adults like teachers, their energy can be diverted to positive competitive activities like games. If unresolved, serious crimes to include assult and even murder can be committed


Adult Conflicts (Relationship Breakdown)

At this stage we are at intermediate socialization phase where intimate relationship start to form. if the earlier adolescent phase was successful,it makes this phase of realation go through easily whereby focus is to feel loved. This leads to further progress in career and possibly marriage leading to starting own family


Social Conflicts

Succesful resolution above help in intergration in the society. Those less able maybe protected by their associates but at a wider level can not fit in. As this is an advanced level of competition in which alot is at stake it requires good foundation of social skills and maturity. This at times leads to social conflicts which can escalte to require outside intervention.


Political Conflicts

Where society have differences that are no longer containable, politicians get involved. Common law may help temporarily.Ploiticians meanwhile lobby for laws,and are enacted. This helps the society live in harmony with each other and bury their differences.


Civil Conflicts (Wars)

Where above are not satisfactorily resolved, governmaents use the armed forces. By this stage things can get really nasty. Innocent people may get killed. There is general unrest and distrust.The rest of the world may limit their relationship with such countries. This may have high negative impact on trades. In worst scenario genocide may occur. This creates more unrest,resources are drained, poverty, and poor health. Other countries get concerned.


International Conflicts

Countries which act are criticized so are that which do not. International bodies and analyst asses and feedback. Decisions to embark on sanctions on those involved in wars maybe made. conflict resolutions maybe reached. These are short term goals.
