How To Make A Love LetterSubmitted by Timothy Gomez Tue, 9 Jun 2009
One of the most popular ways of courting someone back in the days is writing a love letter. Love letters are considered as the gateway in which someone (may it be the man or the woman) can express their love for the one they respect or adore. Unlike today in which courting could be done from simple chatting or sending SMS, love letters are still the most effective and romantic way to convey ones heart's desire. This is also popular when courting someone far away. So sending some love Letters to the Philippines can be as romantic as saying "I-Luv-U" in SMS'. But how can one right a love letter?
One way of doing this is to start with the popular words "There is sometime I'm meaning to tell you about..." After that, bring on your objective. So how can you say your objecting in a more romantic way? First is to list down the things you like about her (or him), such as her "long silky hair that dances on her every move", or her "eyes glimmering like stars on a gentle night sky" or her "every move that takes every breath away from my body" or even her "gentle smile that sparks fire in me". Now these may sound "cheesy" but these really puts a girl's hearth pounding. Another good detail is putting in some sort of question or compliments that would really make them smile, such as "Could you be any sweeter?" These kinds of questions would really flatter your lover. Another is faking some out. Now don't take this the other way, this thing is also important if you want to make your lover smile. These term is also known for the Filipinos as "Pambobola". These may include saying stuff such as "You, for some reason, find it necessary to distract me from work..." can be followed by the complimentary "Thank you for doing that!" or simply "I love that about you." Now to the hardest part, laying in your name. This can be hard because you'll never know what the other one would react upon reading the love letter, which is why some love letters are sent nameless or without any "Return Address". But if you like to put on your name, then do it in a more romantic way like putting in "With love..." or "Forever loving you...". But one of the most popular element when it comes to sending love Letters to the Philippines to someone you truly desire is to have fun doing it. Even though you don't have something romantic to tell her like those I stated above, just tell her that "What I truly fell in love is... You" because fall in love doesn't mean you fell in love with her hair or her eyes or her smile, but because you fell in love with the "whole" her. Use that feeling to compose your love letter and you'll surely get what your heart desires.
