So, you just recently broke up with somebody special. You are probably asking yourself this question: What are the chances of getting back with my ex? Actually it's pretty good. You'd be surprised how many people break up every day only to get back together with their ex. And you know what the strange thing is? They usually have a better relationship the second time around.

You might think I'm just telling you something that you want to hear, but that's just not the case. If you look at this break up from a positive perception, you'lll realize that it gives you the time for a little introspection, so you can see what you really enjoyed about your ex, and where the relationship took a wrong turn.

Once you realize what kind of problems you had, you can become more aware. Another great thing that a break up does is make you really appreciate your ex, a little better. Even with that information what can you do about it? First off, don't treat this like they do in the movies. In the movies the guy always does something reckless to tell the girl, how much she means to him.

I know that those scenes look absolutely amazing on the big screen, but unfortunately, it doesn't transcend to reality very well. When people lose control of their emotions, then they are really diminishing their chances of ever getting back together with their ex. You win your ex back with your head, not your heart.
