You could be one of them but here is the catch, both you and your ex must desire this in order for it to even make sense. You know about the dye she uses to color her blond hair and she knows about your toupee, so yeah, this option can work only if both of you want it.
3. Shared interests – This can be another reason as to why you and your ex still enjoy each other’s company. So yeah, shared interests can be utilized to cement your relationship further.

4. Visiting the past – You cannot avoid this if you are planning on getting back with your ex. As far as memories go, it can be a mix of both good and bad and then the ‘really horrible ones’. You can deal with the first two on your own but as far as the later is concerned, perhaps you could seek some ‘counseling’. At the very least, dealing with these issues in the presence of a counselor would not lead to any collateral damage.

Rome was not built in a day and guess what, neither is a relationship. You are planning on getting back with your ex, so be prepared to wait and more importantly, address the ‘problem areas’ together. With some effort, you should be able to get back together with your ‘other half’.
