It is considered a very auspicious item for protection from evil spirits and effects.Ganapati or Ganesha, the Lord of Ganas, the elephant faced God, represents the power of the Supreme Being that removes obstacles and ensures success in human endeavors. Ganesha is revered as the son of the Shiva and Parvati, and is always honored first in most worship services and rituals. Ganesha is also known as Ganapati, Vigneswara, Vinayaka, Gajamukha and Ainkaran. He is worshipped for siddhi, success in undertakings, and buddhi, intelligence. He is worshipped before any venture is started. He is also the God of education, knowledge and wisdom.

Kauri shankha
Since ancient times the possession of Kauri Shankh or Kauries is considered to bring wealth, all round prosperity and love. Due to this reason it was a part of marriage attire of the brides. These are considered holy by the Hindus since Vedic times and all religious ceremonies have a special place for them.Also available Laxmi Kauri Shankh.

Idampuri shankha

The Shanka used in Vedic poojas is of the species Turbinella Pyrum dextral.There are many types of auspicious Shankhas . Vamavarti Shankh,Dakshinavarti Shankh,Moti Shankh,Pearl Shankh,Ganesh Shankh,Shani Shankh,Kauri Shankh,Valampuri Shankh,Idampuri Shankha etc.
