This "You" Of You Is What Is Real And Is The Pure Energy Of Life Itself by Elysha

In reality only the supreme self is. This divine one, the heart of hearts, is "you" - who you are. All of the rest of it is just name, shape and form.

As long as you cling to this idea that only that which has a name, shape and form exists, your heart will appear to you as "non existing," as a figment of your imagination, as an illusion. When you understand that all names, shapes and forms are but the stuff of arisings - arising in and out of this "you" of you which stands in its self clarity and self obviousness of the "a priori" of all arisings - and that this "you" of you is what is real and is the pure energy of life and light itself, you will be at peace - immersed in the deep silence of reality, in the deep stillness of your heart and in the deep isness of your being.

You will realize that this supreme self, the divine one, the heart of existence is this "you" of you. You will realize that this one is indivisible, rocklike, immutable and changeless and that it is also this same one that is flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you keep on mistaking yourself to be.

You will come to realize that this one is in the process of entering and incarnating into this level of manifestation through this mindbody that you find your self and heart flowing through. You will come to see - for yourself; by being this "you" of you; by learning to realize who you are; by learning to find this "you" and stopping at and as this one, your heart - how the incarnation of this "you" into manifestation, via this mindbody that you find your self travelling around through, totally changes the movement of this mindbody that you are so intimately involved with.

You will get to see how the mindbody enjoys - ecstatically - the beauty of it being informed by the heart instead of the current mind informancy that it suffers. You will see that this "you" of you is always right here where you stand, no matter where you go or which way you turn. You will realize that there is nothing to be done nor anywhere to go - while being deeply at rest in your heart.

You will realize that there is no fight left - nothing to fight; no one to fight with; nothing to defend; no stance to take - as this "you" of you is already free of such childishness. You will be at peace, fully content, being the love of the heart of "you."

Until your "I" dissolves into the immensity of the everythingness from which it came and you have realized this "you" of you unequivocally and with stability - not this "about" stuff that is currently touted; as if the words could be the fact - then you are still quite capable of finding where this "you" already is, as it flows through the eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through - while the mindbody unravels at its core from its mind informancy.

The mindbody is not you. It is just the vehicle that you find yourself flowing through. While you believe yourself to be this mindbody you will inevitably get into more stuff, more mischief, which will add to the power of the distraction of this mindbody that you think you are. A vicious circle until you begin to stand free of the whole game of being lost; until you finally get on and do what needs be done - on a momentary basis; moment by moment - for you to realize just who "you" already are in this very moment right now.

Stopping and dropping what you are not - the notyou notyou stuff - and the seeing and being of who you are - this "you" of you - that is already and currently flowing through your eyes; the divine connection of "you" to this mindbody that you are not going to be able to escape from.
