How To Bring a Female To ClimaxSubmitted by Nadav_Haran310 Fri, 4 Sep 2009
Female sexual pleasure has been a very disputable issue even among specialists. The following questions usually arise: What does the climax feel like? Does every female climax? Why it takes females much longer to orgasm? etc.
Climax from the physiological perspective If a female has become sexually aroused, her heart and respiratory rates quicken. Her breasts become larger, the nipples harden and the areolas enlarge. Some females flush scarlet on their face, neck and/or chest. The visible part of the clitoris enlargens, too. The blood inflow to the pelvic area makes the vagina get much longer and wider, the labia flatten and open up. These alterations in the genitals are called engorgement and lead to the pleasant sensation of warmth in the genitalia. If the stimulation is carried on, the above mentioned changes intensify. Yet, the clitoris, instead of keeping swelling, disappear into the clitoral hood and reduces in size by half. This indicates that a woman will get orgasm very soon. The cilmination starts with strong muscle contractions in the outer vagina, the uterus and the anus and can either last for a few of seconds or up to fifteen seconds. There can be 3 - 5 contractions or if an orgasm is intense - more than 10. Besides, the greater part of the inner vagina opens up far wider. Muscle contractions may be observed not only in the pelvic area but all over the entire body as well. Some women emit fluid during climax. At the culmination the whole body may also stiffen. Nerve endings involved Though the entire body is pleasantly impacted upon during the peak, the major area abounding in receptors is the clitoris. The stimulation of this tiny organ is the major key to women's climax. Hence, if the clitoris is ignored during lovemaking, a female is unlikely to orgasm. The matter is that the vagina has got an insignificant number of nerve endings. Actually, the deeper inside you penetrate, the fewer receptors are located there. The clitoris can be aroused either directly or indirectly. The indirect stimulation can take place when the male pubic bone puts pressure on the clitoral area while the male thrusts or when the penis rubs against the outer sexual organs which are located close to the clitoris and, hence, during the rubbing will direct the impulse to the highly sensitive zone. Still, statistics say that only 30 - 40 women out of 100 peaks in the missionary position in which the clitoris is stimulated indirectly. Hence, the "cowboy" position with a woman on top of a partner which allows a man to reach the clitoris with ease and stimulate it directly - manually - is a lot more efficient in bringing a woman to orgasm. Or a woman can stimulate the clitoris herself by choosing the "doggy" position.
The orgasm does not only signals the perfect ending of sex. It can improve the overall health of a female if she gets sexual satisfaction on a regular basis. the female orgasm is believed to raise libido. Learn more about women multiple orgasms here.
