To build muscle fast you need to know how to cut through all the misinformation out there. For some reason the main information on this subject all comes from infomercials and that is all marketing. You can put on a lot of muscle in as little as a 7 minute workout. You have to take advantage of all the biology of your body to achieve this, but it is definitely doable.

Your diet plays the biggest role, so you're going to have to sit down and plan it out. I never had the success I have today, until I actually planned out my diet in advance. Once I did that, my muscle building went through the roof. It was an amazing transformation. I suggest you start by cutting out all that processed food. You don't need all those chemicals and I believe they hold you back when it comes to building muscle. Just stick with real food because it really gets the job done.

Most people at the gym don't even break a sweat. They slowly go through their workout pushing the weight up and down. They spend over an hour at the gym. This is stupid. I have short 7 minute workouts that I make intense as hell. That's how you build muscle. You put so much stress on your body, that your muscles are forced to adapt to deal with it.
