There is a lot of muscle building potential people miss out on when they lift weights. They just don't know what they're doing. I'm not trying to sell a quick fix here because it is not. I'm talking about the ways you can reduce the amount of time it takes to build muscle. This can be getting the same results in 4 months as you would get in 6. There is a lot of science and biology to take advantage of, so make sure you are ready to apply this.
Your diet is important. It is what will set the pace for all the muscle you build. If your diet is poorly planned, your muscle growth will be poor. You should be focusing more time on your diet, than in the gym because it is far more important. You can start out by cutting all that chemical enriched processed food because it serves no point and in my opinion is detrimental to the process of building muscle. You need to stick with the good real food that hasn't been altered for the sake preserving it. Your workout needs to be intense. Short intense workouts stimulate more muscle growth because they put much more stress on the body and forces the muscles to adapt and grow.
Intensity is what stimulates muscle growth and this is what the 7 Minute Muscle teaches. You have to learn that you're going to shock your body to build muscles and intensity if the best shock of all.
