Fastest Way To Burn Fat

Submitted by Food Reviews

If you wish to be trim and possess a lean body like a Greek god, you have to do both excercising and diet controlling simultaneously. To shape up a fitter body within a brief period of time needs a regular workout schedule and proper dieting program in place. You may have doubts about pursuing what sort of exercises that can give faster and better results.

Here are some facts about making your workout schedule efficient and productive. If you are particular about shedding fats from your abdomen and thighs, the most efficient method is the cardiovascular activity.

There are some fats that are very difficult to get away with by only dieting and without proper excercises. The best method to reduce your fats around the abdomen and thighs is by performing cardio excercises at least for an hour weekly.

Performing ground excercises by spreading out for twenty minutes each session weekly is not always a pleasant experience for all, but it still can be done. Jogging or cycling for twenty minutes only may not help you to keep fit.

But you will have to raise your heart rate by burning calories enhancing the metabolic activities. If you make sure that you keep sweating even after the workout session you are on the correct path.

Those who doesn't have a heart rate monitor can always keep track of their progress by this way. If you can burn calories by applying the method called "split" regimen, also known as "interval training" it can work wonders to get along with your excercise schedule.

Usually, splits include jogging, cycling, rowing or other cardio sprint workouts for a brief period and then gradually increasing the intensity and again slowing down. It is like working out on a treadmill.

Initially, you do warm up and jog for a few minutes at a slow speed and after that increase the intensity and speed. This can be repeated for fifteen to twenty minutes regularly.
