But if you are in a hurry to catch a continuing game you can part with an extra $10 and park at the garage. Initially driving was a nightmare because one can sit in the parking garage waiting for the traffic to ease up so you can make your way out but nowadays you can get out of the garage very easily since there are only around 20,000 who attend the games.

An easy way to get to the stadium is to drive because the stadium is located right at the highway and the interchange was constructed purposely for the stadium. There is good parking and the only issue is the parking fee which is a bit expensive. If you are not in such a hurry and you don't mind a ten minute walk you can find the on-street, metered parking in the nearby homesteads. When you go west in the direction of the bus station, everything will look like a little sketchy so every time you are looking for a parking space try to park in an area not far away from the stadium.

And if you are from the D.C. area or the suburb you should consider taking the MARC train which stops right next to the stadium. This is a commuter train that is inexpensive especially if you put in mind the gas and parking expenses. If you want some fun and enjoyment you can go to the Picles Pub that is located across the street from the stadium and is behind homeplate. This is one place where you can have fun especially during Opening Day.
