That is why golf was said to be the game of gentlemen. For you would really have to show manners and being polite in the way you play and at the same time, you must show some finesse coupled with the strength and perseverance to overcome any obstacle.

Playing golf, teaches you a lot about character, it teaches you to be well-disciplined. That is why people who are well disciplined may have the potential to succeed in this game. When playing golf, there are certain rules that you must follow. Like any other sport or event, you must wear the proper attire when are going to play golf. This would include wearing the spiked shoes and not bringing anything that could distract other players in their game. You should show some respect to other players like you. A part of this respect is that you should not create some trouble by walking on the line of your opponent. Walk around it or over it but not on it. Some of these golf etiquettes would include that you should be mindful of your surroundings. You should not do anything that could damage the putting greens. Also, you should not do anything that could ruin or damage other people\'s properties. Everyone expects you to be responsible enough not to cause trouble with other players by doing the proper techniques that is required of the game. Golf may have some strict rules but it is such a very interesting game.
