Golf is more than just being an executive game, and definitely far from being boring. It can give, like all other sport, some form of physical fitness to the players. It may not be as extreme as that of basketball or baseball but it is definitely both a physical and mental game.

Golf fitness is achieved by several golf swing techniques, variations of swings, and even unique player\'s stance. The balance between the body and arm angle as well as the swing thrust needs a lot of mental and physical work, though not really tedious in nature.

Golf swing tips are purposely created to improve player\'s swing. On the onset, it may look easier, but golf swing is far more than just swinging your arms with the golf club and hope that the ball lands on your targeted spot. It needs strategy, proper execution, and sufficient power of thrust.

The several golf swing tips are proper and appropriate grip, stance, and swing. Under grip, you can have several options such as the interlocking grip popularly used to have better leverage for maximum power, overlapping grip which is often used by make golfers because it naturally requires stronger grips, and the baseball grip which is used by beginners with not much swing power yet.

Stance generally varies. Each player has its own comfort zone when it comes to golf stance. It plays around the balance between the overall weight and its distribution. For example, you may not want to put too much weight on your buttocks by bending your knee to much, thereby decreasing your thrust power. Or, you do not want to overly straighten your arms when swinging because it may affect the angle of your thrust and miss the desired spot. Basically, the general rule under body stance is that the player should choose the one which he is most comfortable with, where he feels most relaxed. If you are tensioned, it will reflect in your performance and especially on your swing.

Next up is the backswing, downswing and follow through. These swings are the perfection of both the grip and stance. It is the main means to an end. The grip and stance are all in support to give out the best golf swing. Every role, from the arms to the legs, to the head positioning, will all combine to give out the proper and best swing a golfer can give.

Well, like all sport, golf is meant to be interesting, enjoyable and fun. With all these technicalities at hand, you might think that there\'s just too much to think about golf. There are in fact, but it is only at the start. Once you get the hang of it, the grip, stance and swing will just come out naturally. And soon enough, you will find that golf really is such an enjoyable sport, offering endless possibilities.
